The finance manage (and the low rates Honda has made available) was equally accommodating and all aspects of the transaction including the trade-in went much better than one expects in buying a new car. The service department was organized, fast and friendly. They made special arrangements so that I was able to drop my car off early and make it to work on time. I picked it up at my convenience at the end of the day and was very satisfied with the work they had done.
