We had a terrific experience start to finish. We did not believe the Odyssey was in our price range until we called in to get a quote. From the call, we learned that there was a sale that there were low interest rates, and received a monthly price quote over the phone. This saved us tremendous time and energy. Giving the 'True Price' over the phone helped us make the decision to pursue an Odyssey immediate and more serious. When we went to the dealership, David patiently let us try multiple models until we found EXACTLY what we wanted. The no pressure approach with the True Price quoting made the entire process more transparent and more likely to follow through with the sale. Subsequently, Mohamed Ameyar did a fantastic job following up with where David left off the next day. Mohamed came with a quote that was more expensive than the one we received over the phone, however upon hearing this he went back to the financing office to see if the office would honor our original quote. The office did honor our original quote from the phone and demonstrated consistency and integrity. This made our decision final that we would indeed purchase the vehicle from Honda of Tysons. For consumers like us, this approach earned our respect and loyalty immediately. Fast information, competitive pricing, consummate sales staff, no-hassle experience made this our best vehicle purchasing experience. We have already recommended Honda of Tysons to other colleagues and friends. Lastly, Mr. Allen Kim assisted us with the final financing portion. He explained to us all of the additional options for features and protection warranties. We chose the 'Resist-All' coating and completed the sale. All in all, we are now loyal Honda customers, and enjoy our new 2013 Odyssey very much. It is clearly designed with the 'on-the-go' family in mind with a growing family. More

My initial visit to this dealership was to get my old honda evaluated for trade in but i got more than what i was bargaining for. the salesperson (Tahir Rana) made my visit so pleasant by giving my all options from trading my old car to buying new one that i had left with no questions but no word like " you have to buy now or today or in 2 days". i took my time looking around other dealer but nobody was even coming close to the price i was offered by honda of tyson corner. so with no delay i was heading back to Tahir rana to get into my new ride. From the get-go David was enthusiastic and extremely kind--as well as patient as we moved away from selecting our original choice, a Honda Accord, to selecting a Honda Civic. He had a great sense of humor and worked tirelessly to provide us with wonderful customer service. His energy did not fail even as he worked to get us our new car on an oppressively hot summer day. First and foremost, I felt that I could trust Mr. Ameyar’s knowledge of the vehicle. He did not pressure me in any way - he let me do my research and was always available to provide solid information and sincere guidance. Also, when Mr. Ameyar introduced me to the Manager, Mr. Labonte, I was so happy it was a no pressure introduction and Mr. Labonte too was very sincere in his approach. This was quite different from what I was experiencing at other Honda and Toyota dealerships. Secondly, once my research was completed and I was ready to purchase, I decided to purchase from Honda of Tyson’s Corner mainly because of the treatment received from Mr. Ameyar. Since I purposely did not discuss price with any of the dealerships prior to making my decision, I was still concerned about having to deal with the dreaded traditional car dealer negotiation experience. I was armed and ready with data and I brought a master negotiator with me for protection. Well, there was nothing for me to worry about at all with this purchase – there was absolutely no pressure. This dealership was well in line with their pricing - all of the figures were almost to the penny of what I calculated and was willing to pay. Instead of being pressured by a Manager, Mr. Labonte kindly worked with Mr. Ameyar and me to complete the purchasing process and everything went quite smooth. Finally, I have purchased several new cars and never has any Consultant taken the amount time to familiarize me with my new vehicle as Mr. Ameyar. I was so thankful for this time. When I left the dealership, I felt very comfortable with all of the controls and the electronics on the car. This truly was a fantastic buying experience and I will highly recommend Mr. Ameyar and Honda of Tyson’s Corner. More

I gave this dealeship this rating because I had gone to another Honda dealership closer to my home and they led me on played games, tried to minimize the cost maximize the value. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Just wanted to set the scene... At this dealership I walked in shell shocked waiting for the bomb to drop. I'm sure they could tell I was very suspicious of them, but they, not one of them let on that they knew. My husband and I walked in and Jeff Riddle the manager that I had spoken to on the phone comes right over and introduces himself and then introduces us to the man who will be assisting us throughout the process. (I had spoken to Jeff on the phone and let him know in that I would not be spending another day at another dealer and he better not be giving me the run around. I wanted to be in and out as quick as possible. "He said," when can you get here? "I said, 1:30." he said, we will have you out in two hours"). The man Jeff introduced us to was Amine Kadmiri another very pleasent man. One of the first things I told Amine was that Jeff said we would be out of here in two hours. (As you can see I was scared as are alot of other consumers when certain dealers abuse them). Amine responded with "oh ya, I'll have you out of here sooner than that. Which brought a smile to my face. In fact Amine made me smile alot. He was very attentative to detail efficent and got his part done very fast, he then introduced us to Adrian Kadriu the finance guy. Ardi, probably took the most crap from me because I was sure he was going to get me because thats what car dealers do. I give Jeff a (5) for greeting us on our arrival. I give Amine a (5) for all the attention to the details and speed and I give Ardi a (5) for fast service and much kindness. More
