I recently found a used 09 Matrix at Honda of Tysons Corner and went over to test drive it. I met Shabir Baba, salesman, and worked with me to no end until we got a deal made for the car. Excellent Experience. This is the first new car I have purchased in over a good number of years of living in the United States and the reason I didn't go for it was primarily because of the extremely unpl purchased in over a good number of years of living in the United States and the reason I didn't go for it was primarily because of the extremely unpleasant sales pitch from the previous dealers i tried to work with in different states. I am not worried about that any more. I found the right place and right people. It all started with the email from Mary with an internet price quote and I called her on the number i got from the email to talk about the quote i got from other dealership without checking what time it was(stupid me). Had a very pleasant conversation, got all the answers for my questions, no BS what so ever. The next afternoon with a followup email from her, walked into the office where I was introduced to a very nice gentleman patrick(already heard about him through relatives) and after that everything went like a breeze. Patrick checked, double checked, triple checked everything for us and made sure everything was perfect at every stage, stayed late along with us while we were waiting to finish the financial stuff and personally handed the keys that evening.
