Warning - Stay Away We do NOT trust our local Tysons Honda dealer. Every time we have sought routine service (oil change, etc.) or recall service (3 airbags), the Tysons We do NOT trust our local Tysons Honda dealer. Every time we have sought routine service (oil change, etc.) or recall service (3 airbags), the Tysons Honda dealer, finds problems that require costly repairs. Most recently (02/10/16) when we took in our Honda Accord for an airbag recall, the service rep said the SRS light indicated a problem that would not pass inspection and could only be fixed by a Honda dealer. As a result, we paid $433 to replace a seat belt buckle. When we picked up the car the service rep and manager were not on site. I called the Tysons Honda Service manager and left a message to call me about my service experience. He never returned my call. We are deeply skeptical about a rewards structure where service reps receive commissions based on their recommendations for costly and sometimes unnecessary repairs. Our Internet research revealed this to be a common scam at some Honda dealers. One blogger actually found a reputable Honda dealer who replaced his seat belt buckle for just $35. When discussing our dissatisfaction with other Honda owners, we learned that the Tysons Honda dealer has a horrible reputation. In the future, we will NOT go back to the Tysons Honda dealer to purchase or service a car. More

Honda Accord recall service I made appointment 10 days in advance and was told it would take about 1.5 hours to fix. I never got call from service provider so when I wanted to come pick up the key I called to check on car. Service guy was not available after paging him twice. I was told the guy would call me back when paper work was finished. Surprise he never called back. I finally get a hold of him and rather than apologizing he tells me I brought in at 9 am and it took 6 hours and he's really busy. Basically blamed me for him pushing me to the bottom of the pile. I did my part and not even an apology! Worst service ever. More

Excellent customer service at Honda of Tysons Corner I have been going to Honda of Tysons Corner for service for the last several years. I own an Acura MDX. Steve Farr with the Blue Team was always court I have been going to Honda of Tysons Corner for service for the last several years. I own an Acura MDX. Steve Farr with the Blue Team was always courteous. He explains the service needs well, and never try to up sell unnecessary services. The service quality is excellent and the price is fair. I have done all my recent services with Steve, including transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, timing belt, water pump, rear differential fluid, oil change, you name it. I am hoping to keep my car for the next 3-4 years and if my next car is a Honda or Acura I would take it to this dealer ship for service again. More

Jose Mojica the sales rep really new his cars and suggested we look at one since I was looking for a comfortable commuter that would seat 5. This Accord is a great car that happens to also give you 50 MPG. Jose really helped us select the right vechicle. Great dealership experience, very service oriented, attentive, but not pushy. When it came down to brass tacks Steve Waersch the GM entered the picture for what I thought would be the usual car dealer squeeze. I was wrong again; Steve was very thoughtful, relaxed, and didn't make us feel pressured. He skipped all the drama and posturing and dealt with us like neighbors, very straightforward and sincere. It is easy to do business with nice, professional people. They'll be getting my service business based on my great dealer experience. More

We are from Upstate New York and after shopping locally with no satisfaction we turned our efforts to Cars.com and stumbled upon Honda of Tysons Corner. Their True Car Price listed on the website seemed to good to be true! I called to inquire and I spoke with Sales Consultant, Derreck Folgar, who was very professional and helpful and confirmed that the price was correct. After several conversations with Derreck we decided to make the 300 mile, 5 hour drive to purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. Derreck went out of his way to find us not one but two White 2015 Honda Pilot Touring Vehicles. After telling our friends about our deal, they decided to join us on our trip and buy one as well. New Car Sales Consultant, David Gyorffy was the one scheduled to help us upon arrival and help us finalize our purchases. Our experience with him was fantastic. We also worked with Finance Manager, Ardian Kadriu who was also fantastic. I highly recommend Honda of Tysons Corner! If you work with Derreck, David or Ardian, you won't be disappointed and you can't go wrong with a Honda!
