Disappointing is one word description of my experience with this dealership.I actually accompanied one of the my friends with genuine interest in buying new honda is one word description of my experience with this dealership.I actually accompanied one of the my friends with genuine interest in buying new honda pilot touring 2017.It started off fine with salesman Jose being courteous and accommodating then as usual we talked about pricing and told him we wanted to buy two honda pilots and then entered gloomy,cynical Hugo Marano whose strategy is to be condescending and get irritated at same time when customers ask various options to get a discount and even went on to show pockets that he got no money(whatta hack!).Thank god we decided to leave that place without falling to his ploy and then went to landmark honda where the experience is so pleasing and we were able to finish the deal in 10 mins for the price we asked after test drive which shows that we didnt really ask for huge bargain.Mr.Hugo Marano,please understand that life isnt about buying and selling cars and its about being courteous and accommodating to people irrespective of their view point,race and region.Thanks for your service. Pros: Salesman Jose who seems to be pretty decent guy working for a tyrant. More

Mohammed provided an excellent sales experience and was very knowledgeable with the features of our new Pilot. He was very responsive to our questions and made it a very smooth transaction. Danielle in the finance department was great and a real pleasure to work with. She even stayed late to accommodate our schedules and made the finance side as painless as possible. All around great experience, would happily buy from Honda of Tysons again. More

Great prices, no games, great service! This dealership was easy to work with. I got a quote online for $500 less than the previous best quote I'd found. There was no, "let's sit down and w This dealership was easy to work with. I got a quote online for $500 less than the previous best quote I'd found. There was no, "let's sit down and work out a deal," or "let me call my manager over." It was strictly, "this is our best price." When I came in, they honored the price without games, and I was out with my new Fit in less then two hours. Service was also good, as the Fit had a minor issue a month in. They got me in and out quickly. (Michael Lewis was my service rep.) On the whole, just a nice, friendly dealership. I recommend them. More
