Ourisman took over after another dealer gave us a hard time over an extended warranty repair of a clock spring and tried to charge us the diagnostic even though the warranty explicitly said it could not b time over an extended warranty repair of a clock spring and tried to charge us the diagnostic even though the warranty explicitly said it could not be charged. This other dealer also gave us a list of repairs that we knew were erroneous after an independent mechanic reviewed their list, with the exception of the cruise control which we had reported as not working. Ourisman repaired the cruise control for the price quoted. They checked the car and said there was no other work to be done at this time. We are grateful for their straightforward way of handling our car. Their customer service was polite and timely. Aiden was professional throughout. More
