Efficient in work flow. Only suggestion so far is for the dealer to put new batteries in key fobs at the time pre-owned vehicles are sold. A week after I purchased my HRV its alarm went off at random all hrs spread over 4 days. The low key battery light did not come on for a couple days which caused confusion about what was wrong. After the dash light did come on I returned to the dealer (a 2nd time) and they nicely replaced one battery. Later the horn went off again. After service I was told the ignition needed to be reset because of the key battery problem. Hopefully this works. They are a great bunch of people but insuring this doesn’t happen by replacing $5 batteries would save a lot of hassle. Love my car! More

The Service Rep is terrific, always professional, knows his stuff, tries to save me money wherever he can. And he always has a smile, and greets me by name! radiator issue unsolved mystery I will start by saying that this dealership has lied and tried to steal money from me. I bought a brand new Honda EXL. A rock passed through my grill I will start by saying that this dealership has lied and tried to steal money from me. I bought a brand new Honda EXL. A rock passed through my grill and punched a hole in the radiator. I read online that this is common and buyers were upset. The manager said this happens often, but that they will put on a protective shield for $600!!! I was astonished!!! If Honda knew that theirs was a faulty design, they should cover the cost of all repairs resulting from objects flying through the grill and causing damage. Instead, they put up a fight for the repair and for the shield installation. Finally, they agreed to take care of the repair and the shield, no charge to me. Now I find out that a shield was never put on my car. Honda does not even make the alleged grill shield - the part does not exist! However, they tried to charge me for one plus a repair. I am thankful that I stood up for myself and refused to pay for either. It figures that if Shockley tried to steal from me, then I should not be surprised that they never installed a shield. Shame on you, Shockley Honda, and the managers that have been trained to deceive their customers. More

Earlier that day I called and was told that service hours were until 4:30. Technically that is true but it doesn't take into consideration the work flow already in progress. I had brought the CRV down for an oil change and subsequently learned we had missed the 45000 mile service which includes far more than changing the oil. I arrived around 2:45 or 3 pm from Sharpsburg. Rather than turn me away the oil change, rear differential fluid, replacement of the battery, tire rotation and balance, cleaning fuel induction system where all accomplished this visit thereby saving me another trip. During the service time I was able to use the shuttle to go to Verizon on the Golden Mile to take care of other business. Great experience and use of time. More
tire warranty information and service I called on a Friday to obtain information on the tire warranty supplied when I bought the car. I waited 10 minutes then left a message with the recep I called on a Friday to obtain information on the tire warranty supplied when I bought the car. I waited 10 minutes then left a message with the receptionist to have service call me back. No call back. Called again the same day 3 hors later and waited 20 minutes then left another message for service to call back. NO CALL BACK. Called back on Monday and asked to speak to someone about my tire warranty, and the receptionist checked with someone and said I had to call the manufacturer, Good Year. I explained the sidewall blew out while on the highway and the tires were the original tires that came with the car. Again she checked with whoever and I was told the same thing. Good Year on line says to contact a Good Year dealer, which I did and was told by 2 dealers, they only warranty the tires if they sold them and I would have to go back to the dealer. I wasn't even given the chance to talk to anyone beyond the receptionist. What a great disappointment this experience was. I won't bother wasting my time calling for service again. More
