I went to the service advisor (Ron Sumangil) because when accelerating my Civic Si would pull hard to the left side. The car was in need for a wheel alignment. Had my car serviced on Saturday and was notified about a car issue, which I related to. The appointment was made for two days later and the issue was resolved in a couple hours.
