My experience at Shockley Honda was great. I was given a good price on a used vehicle. The car was in very good condition, and I am really happy with my purchase. Pete Hess did an exceptional job at explaining everything on my Pilot! He took his time to make sure I didn't have any questions that he could answer! Jen Pritchard was GREAT! She listened to me, negotiated with me, and we ended up with the deal that I was looking for. As a woman I especially like the idea that Shockley is female owned, and I loved work with me, and we ended up with the deal that I was looking for. As a woman I especially like the idea that Shockley is female owned, and I loved working with a female salesperson. Everyone at Shockley was friendly and helpful; they made sure I had all the information I needed, and they went out of their way to make the sale convenient and easy for me. Jen even arranged to follow me home as I did not have a trade in with this particular sale.
