We were looking for a Honda Element for my 23 year old son. He found the one he wanted on Cars.com at Shockley (we live in Springfield, VA) and after taking a look at it we knew this was the one to buy. son. I contacted Shockley on Saturday evening right before closing and talked to Sean. He was very helpful and answered all my questions over the phone and we made arrangements to meet first thing Monday morning to look at the vehicle. He and I talked on Sunday (his day off!!) to confirm meeting arrangements and at no time did I feel like I was bothering him or intruding on his on his day off. We arrived at 9:00 on Monday morning, and he was there to greet us and after we test drove the car we knew that was the one for us. He was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and assisting with the paperwork. We were out of there with the vehicle in under two hours!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Sean and Shockley Honda to everyone I know. Even though we live in Virginia, I would shop at Shockley again and again.
