Coy Chaney is and has always been an great salesman to deal with. We always know we are "getting it straight" so we don't need to worry about whether or not we are getting the honest and correct facts a deal with. Coy was available either by phone or at the showroom during all working hours. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped direct us to the card that best suited our needs. It is especially nice to have a salesman like Coy who allows the customer as much time as necessary to make decisions. We never felt that we were pushed into making a decision. In the end, we were totally pleased with the car we chose and , of course, with our salesman!. More
While I negotiated the price online and over the phone with another Shockley employee, I'd like to give special acknowledgment to Derek Tucker, the dealer I worked with when I arrived at the store to test with another Shockley employee, I'd like to give special acknowledgment to Derek Tucker, the dealer I worked with when I arrived at the store to test drive and ultimately purchase the vehicle, as well as the person who record my financing agreement (whose name I forget). I arrived after 6:00 PM on Saturday, and Derek took me out for a test drive, handled the paperwork, negotiated my trade-in, and cleaned/prepped (or arranged to have cleaned/prepped) my 2013 Civic to drive away. He was very friendly, helpful, professional and straightforward throughout our interaction that evening, as was the person who handled my financing. Even more importantly, both of these men stayed until 8:00 PM to help me on my way - more than an hour after the dealership's 7:00 PM closing time! Despite the late hour, I always felt like they had my best interests at heart, and wanted me to understand both the details of my financing agreement and the features of my new car. Moreover, although we worked quickly, I never felt like I was being "rushed out the door". They did a great job, went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that, I thank them. More

Requested their "internet price" on a new 2013 Honda Ridgeline RTL. Received a prompt response at a "no hassle, no haggle" price that was well within what I was hoping for, and well below the MSRP Honda Ridgeline RTL. Received a prompt response at a "no hassle, no haggle" price that was well within what I was hoping for, and well below the MSRP. Upon arriving, the sales associate was friendly and very low pressure. He showed my wife and I the model we were looking at, explained many of the features of it, and left us alone to test drive it. When we returned, he was very frank about his opinions and experience, making us feel very comfortable. We had, at that point, decided to buy the same model, in a different color. Instead of just accepting that, he wanted us to see the exact vehicle we were going to purchase (a very definite plus!). Again, he went over salient points, and the differences (primarily the interior and exterior colors) between the test-driven model and the one we chose. The actual purchasing experience was fantastic, much better than the last time I'd bought a vehicle. Based on 6 years of servicing on my wife's 2005 Civic Hybrid, I have no reason to suspect that the service aspects of Shockley Honda will fail to live up to the sales experience. I already know that the service staff is not only knowledgeable, but also flexible and honest in their assessments of what does and doesn't need to be performed at each service appointment. I can, without reservation, recommend Shockley to anyone, and plan to do so for my family, friends, and coworkers, when they're in the market for a new vehicle. More
Jonathan Price was the highlight of my experience. He was extremely polite, outstanding knowledgeable and very respectful to my budget/demands. He gave me the price that made me very happy as a buyer. I would recommend any of my friend to him first before trying out any other Honda Sales person. Justin Todd helped my out with the financing. He was extremely respectful for my situation and never pressured me into buying any product rather he explained everything that was available for me and let me decide if I wanted to pick something for my vehicle. I was out of the dealership within an hour with a new car. Thank you for giving me an wonder car buying experience. More

This dealership is nothing but a bunch of crooks. We worked with Scott in Sales and it was the worst experience we have ever had. In the short version, Loan was approved through a reputable loan compa worked with Scott in Sales and it was the worst experience we have ever had. In the short version, Loan was approved through a reputable loan company for a certain amt for a 2009 Volkswagon Routan, The sales person had the loan check written for 900.00 above the agreement with the loan company. Scott had told us the loan went through and we took possession of said vehicle. Loan company calls us and tells us loan was not dispersed because it was over the amt approved and NO ONE at SHOCKLEY would answer their calls. Loan company agreed to write another check for vehicle if amt was renegotiated. My husband went to talk to Scott and he lied and told us they recieved loan company payment and that we owe them 900.00!! We then advised them we were going to drop the vehicle off and Scott had told us they couldn't take it back. We attempted to return vehicle 3 times!!! The incompetent mangager finally called and told us to return vehicle. Oh when it is convienent for them. Upon returning vehicle, Manager was going to call loan company to renegotiate deal. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF THIS MESS, NOW HE WILL NEGOTIATE!! Thats what I told him and he stated we could take our business elsewhere. That is for sure. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER, SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT THERE, THIS WAS ONLY OVER 900.00 NOT 9,0000!! TOTAL SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
