All three employees with whom I dealt--Russ Hawthorne, Justin Todd, and Jonathan Price--provided outstanding service in every respect. They were on-time, well-prepared, and very responsive. There was no pressure. Jonathan trained us well on the navigation, audio and phone features, and he gave us a standing invitation to return as needed for more detailed training. I had questions about the financing of the vehicle and she was extremely patient in explaining the details, numerous times, too me. This is our third Honda from this dealership and I really can't see myself using another one for my purchases or maintenance work. Adding Nakeya to the sales team was a great move!!! Love her !!! I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot in late January. The service during the sales process started out well and ended on a sour note. I negotiated a deal throughout the week with an arranged pick up of 6:30 pm. I arrived a little early to start the paperwork so I could get out quickly (an hour according to Derek). Derek was working multiple deals and I felt like I was not the priority. Even after the paperwork was completed my car was stuck in cleanup. It was a busy day for them and despite the fact I had made a deal the day prior my vehicle was at the back of the line. I didn't leave the dealership until 9 pm and I had my kids with me including a 1 year old, leading to a long ride home. I emailed Marisa Shockley, the VP, to voice my frustration. She did not even give me the courtesy of a personal reply. Instead admin personnel responded only to say we're sorry you felt disappointed. This disappointment continues today as I was told I need to handle the title and registration because it is out of state, which is fine except they just handed it off to me with less than 30 days before the temporary tags are set to expire. I'm not saying don't buy a car from them, just don't expect them to go out of their way to make you a repeat customer. More

Went to have a spare key made and buy floor mats. Both of the service people and the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. They even checked my tires and all the fluids.
