Shockley cares about your car after you leave, as well. I take it there to get oil changes, car washes, and routine maintenance and they take A+ care of my car. They don't sell you something you don't need and they are honest. I will not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to a friend. Go there, its not what most people think when car buying. They are the best I have dealt with. More

The Senior Sales Consultant, Bill Collings, was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, great since of humor and spent a lot of time to make sure I understood how to use all the features in my new car. I have never had such a great test driving experience. Bill Collings went over everything on the test drive and made sure I knew how to use the backup camera as well. I was made to feel special, appreciated and when I left I had no questions of any kind because Bill Collings made sure he explained everything to me. The young man, Justin Todd, in the finance department was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend anyone that I know to go to Shockley Honda to purchase their new vehicle. Internet Sales Purchase Used I will start by saying that my internet sales and leasing consultant, Thomas Barker, was fantastic and made this the easiest automobile purchase I've I will start by saying that my internet sales and leasing consultant, Thomas Barker, was fantastic and made this the easiest automobile purchase I've ever done new or used (after due diligence). I had visited the dealership previously and test drove the car with another sales person. Really liked the car and made a low ball offer that must of offended him so bad he came back with nothing, wouldn't budge. Tried again on the phone with a fair offer and same results, wouldn't budge. after a few days the price of the car dropped but we didn't get a call or anything...Hmm New approach, dropped an email expressing interest and was pleasantly surprised to receive immediate attention from Thomas Barker. His greeting made me feel like he cared about me as a consumer and that he wanted to do what he could to help. I told him the car I was interested in and gave him a fair offer price. He responded by 1st making sure we were both talking about the same car (sounds funny but you never know). He asked if we would like to come test drive and I explained we had already and liked the car but not the price. I repeated my offer and after waiting just a couple minutes he replied he could meet our offer. Yeaaaa! This is the best part...from the time I left my house until I got home was like an hour an a half. Thomas had started getting things together and got the car ready by the time we got there. Super nice young guy that you could just tell he really cared, my wife also commented about him several times. He handed us off to the paperwork guy who was also very nice and was right there when we finished to take us to the car. So thats about it, he popped the tags on and had us out the door in record time which was my goal. More
