In and Out I was on my way to work last week when I got a flat tire. Great! My daughter needed a car. I HATE car shopping/ buying. We walked into Shockley Honda and what a surprise- everyone was casual and friendly, no press My daughter needed a car. Thomas Barker showed my daughter many cars and even drove a few from the back parking lot and lined them up side by side so she could compare them! He actually made the whole process FUN ( never thought I'd say that.) My daughter was so excited to have her first new car that while we were signing papers in an office, Thomas snuck out and covered her car in giant bows- what a nice surprise! It was such a good experience that a week later I went back and bought a new car for myself! Another huge positive is Amanda- her job is to help technology challenged people like me learn the buttons and controls- if it wasn't for her, I'd still be sitting in the Shockley parking lot trying to figure it all out. I even returned the next day for a repeat lesson since I was lost in the buttons and both Amanda and Thomas sat in the car with me and walked me through it- again. No doubt they will always be available if help is needed. More

When I arrived for my appointment, Alex had the vehicle ready, and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy - which I appreciate so much. Before going to Shockley, I had shopped for an SUV for several weeks at other dealerships whose salespeople left excessive voicemails on my cell phone, sent me multiple emails daily, and put on pressure after I test drove a vehicle. Alex was great taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Other dealers could learn from Shockley about how customers should be treated when making the decision to buy a vehicle. I am very pleased with the way this dealer conducts business and definitely recommend them. More
