My only caveat was the salesperson was not real good with returning phone calls before and after the purchase. I had a piece missing off the back of a seat and he didn't get back to me as he stated he would for correction a week after initial contact. More

Pushy Salespeople and High Pressure Tactics I went there yesterday to check out and test drive the Honda HR-V. The first thing that turned me off to the salesman was his first question to me was I went there yesterday to check out and test drive the Honda HR-V. The first thing that turned me off to the salesman was his first question to me was "So, what do you want to know about the car?" I replied, "Ah everything, seeing as I am looking to possibly buy it." What salesman opens with that statement? He was nice enough to let me test drive it with my girlfriend and I loved the way it handled and all the features. I got back to the dealership and he asked me what I though and I said that I really liked the car. Then, we got to the numbers! I told him what I wanted to spend and he said that was below fair market value and he couldn't do that price. I asked him if I was entitled to any specials or sales and told him that I was a veteran. He said I was entitled to $500 off. He ran the numbers again and they were still to high, so, he went to his manager to try and do better, but still came back to high. So, now a different man in a black polo shirt started talking to me. I told him that I was not ready to buy today. That I was only here to test drive and get some pricing. He asked me where I wanted to stay in the monthly car payment. I told him and he said "well, if we get you there, what is preventing you from leaving today with the car?" I told him that some of the financing was a gift and that I needed to run the numbers again. He got the payment down closer to my number but it was on a 5.5 year loan, not 5 years which is what I asked for all along. I then asked him what the interest rate was and he said that he didn't know. He said that was handled by someone else and that those two dept. don't talk to each other. I was thinking then, who are these guys the CIA and FBI? He did finally get me the rate which was 3.5%! I said it was to high and walked out. I was driving away and this same man comes out of the dealership and wants to continue the sale as I am driving away! These guys do not seem to understand or respect potential customers wishes. My mind was made up after that. I WILL NOT do business with this place at all. It is rare that I fill one of these out too, but, I feel that others should know. When a customers says that need to think about it and will get back to you, listen to them, don't not keep hounding them. Bottom line is the sale is going to someone else. More

Nakeya then tried to put me in a Honda. Terribly disappointed in the dealership and the salesperson for not having the minimal ethical standards. There is also a used Lexus on there website for sale that was in even worse condition. Dont go here looking for a used car. For that matter a new one either. More
