Charlie is professional, friendly & just plan fantastic! He was not pushy, listened to what I needed; since I have a bad knee that causes issues getting in & out of vehicles. Charlie asked if I was ready to test drive 2020 Accord, told him no my mind was made up-I'm in love with the 2020 CRV!! I was so happy with the service Charlie provided & things went so smoothly, I asked him if he could find a couple of used cars that my son to test drive, gave Charlie my price range and he went to work. Charlie quickly found a few cars, my son test drove a couple cars, found one that runs good, drove smoothly & in addition, is beautiful & clean, a 2013 Honda Accord. The car was a little over my price range, but was well work the money, it was a surprise for my daughter! Charlie explained the "Shockley Advantage" plan to me, after reviewing the advantage of the coverage, I am getting it for both the cars I bought! Another car: while I was waiting & signing paper work for both cars, my son, his fiancé & my granddaughter walked around the showroom. They feel in love with the SUV, my granddaughter, in the backseat, loved the shade that you pull up from the inside bottom window & goes to the top, it covers the whole window, so not to have the sun in your eyes when trying to nap. She said loudly, Grandma welcome to 2024!! Charlie once again took his time talking to talk to my son about the SUV and all the good features & what a beauty it is. Well, guess what Charlie did it again, my son & his fiancé went back to Shockley on Friday (4 days later) & bought the SUV. It is BEAUTIFUL!!
