Horrible, stay away! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They sell lemon cars and they won't fix it! I purchased a car from August 26, 2016. The car only has 62k miles 2010 STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They sell lemon cars and they won't fix it! I purchased a car from August 26, 2016. The car only has 62k miles 2010 CRV. 3k miles later the car died on me twice, one in my driveway and one in the middle of the road and it's xxxxxxxx. I called the dealership and talked to the used car manager Jon Price. He basically said I'm xxxx out of luck and he can't do anything except Bring it in. I was not gonna risk driving 1hr and risk my car dying on the interstate. I bought the car 08/16 few months ago and only put 3k miles. There is no way a recently purchased used car would just die on me in the road. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUCH HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE WITH NO REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!! More

The salesperson, Andrew Ray, was polite, friendly, easy to work with, and did not even begin to pressure me to buy a car. He sold me the car of my choice at a price that was better than two other dealers I had visited. This atmosphere continued into the finance office where Phil explained the available add-ons but did not push me to buy any one of them. Then Kayley introduced me to the features on the interior of the CRV so I would feel comfortable driving it off the lot. In years to come, when I purchase another car, I will most certainly go to Shockley first. More

Used car sale STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . This is my first time for writing reviews in my entire life because i don't want anybody to be a victim like mysel STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . This is my first time for writing reviews in my entire life because i don't want anybody to be a victim like myself . I purchased 2008 Honda Accord on the date October 23, 2016 and before i purchased the car i noticed a leak underneath of the car and i aske the sale rep. Thamos what was the leak and he replied 4 techs checked the car and there shouldn't be any leak then i asked him if i fould any leak i should bring it to get it fix , he said yes he even mentioned i have 1,000 or 30 days powertrain warranty to cover it. i finally purchased the car and took it to mechanic shop and i found the transmission leak. And i called them to tell them the situation and i took the car to them and they checked it they admit there is a leak. remember the car is been only a week and 90 miles since i bought it. After they checked for leak , they told me they have to wait for used car sale service manager name Jonathan who wasn't available at that time and i had to go home which is 40 minuted drive from where i live. The next morning i made several call just to speak with service manager Jonathan , finally i spoke to him and he said there is nothing he could do to help me . His excuse was the transmission is not broke or damage yet. It doesn't make any sense , what would happen if the transmission lose all the fluid ? i will not recommend this dealer to anyone . More

Negotia Purchased a new car in October 2016. Sales staff, especially Bill Workman, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Negotiated price via email and price was honored when we went to sign the papers. The car we wanted was not in stock, but they found the exact model and color we requested and had it shipped to the dealership within two days. The only downside was the finance office person we worked with who was an aggressive seller, but professional when we turned down the extended warranty and service plans he offered. In all, an excellent purchasing experience and we will be back. More
