KIA Optima Hybrid - love our NEW used car. We were under a time crunch to purchase another vehicle. We came in and spoke to Chris Curry about the KIA Optima we saw advertised. Had a great experience Highly recommend Gary Brooks who handled the sale of my new to me Honda Pilot. I went to look at Pilot models to see if they would work for what I nee Highly recommend Gary Brooks who handled the sale of my new to me Honda Pilot. I went to look at Pilot models to see if they would work for what I needed (fitting dog crates). Gary took the time to allow me to make appropriate measurements, move seats around, and eventually put the crates into the car to make sure they fit perfect. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the Honda Pilot and showed me many of its features prior to our test drive and while we were out. The Sales Manager Mike, and Gary both listened to where I wanted to be payment wise and were able to make that happen. Phil Rau handled my finance and went above and beyond to get my the best rate available and made the process seemingly easy! I don't remember the name of the "Product Specialist" but he was very helpful in making sure that I knew all the different features available to me and how to use them. Not only did we get a great van, but everyone at Shockley treated us with sincere warmth, hospitality and respect. Beginning with our salesman Gary, to the Sales Manager John, and finally to Justin who guided us through the final steps, they were all totally professional while also being very genuine as they helped us aquire the van we had been looking for for quite some time. I really don't think they could have served us any better. One more thought: the van we purchased needed quite a bit of "touching up" on some minor scratches and bumps. It was amazing what the body shop and detailing teams did to make the van look almost like a brand new one. Thanks very much. More

Chris Curry was a top notch salesperson Chris was an amazing sales person. Told him what I was interested in then went from there. Not one bit did I felt pressured to buy a car that night. He advised me to think about it for a couple of days and get back to him if I was interested. I thought about it for 1 day and decided this is where I wanted to get my new car. Looked at the car on Monday and drove away with a new ride on Thursday! Friday evening I was looking over my car and noticed the splash guards weren't installed and it was one of the options installed before buying the car. Emailed Chris Friday evening and got a timely response from him Monday morning. I brought it in Monday evening for Chris to look to be sure they were in fact not installed . Chris definitely said they were not installed like he thought they were and gave me the option to refund the splash guards or have them installed. I went with installing them. We took a little field trip to the service area and scheduled to have the splash guards installed next Monday . In that short time Chris has kept in touch with me and showed me where the service area is . I'm very happy with you guys and I hope to be happy many years down the road. You have a great team! More

Lemon? I reserve my opinion for now I bought a $10000 used car 6 days ago and 2 lights have gone out so far on this 2010 Honda Civic. I had Shockley replace the burnt out interior light I bought a $10000 used car 6 days ago and 2 lights have gone out so far on this 2010 Honda Civic. I had Shockley replace the burnt out interior light on Tuesday and now a tail light is out and the interior light they replaced is flickering! I will give them the opportunity to fix problem which sounds like alternator or electrical issue and repost if they fix actual problem free of charge. More

I liked the touch of having a product specialist show you the tech and safety features on the vehicle. Some dealerships treat you like a transaction; I did not get that feeling here. A+ More
