Thanks Mike Long! I was ready to trade in my minivan for something smaller and was interested in the Honda CRV and the Subaru Outback. I test drove the Honda first and I was ready to trade in my minivan for something smaller and was interested in the Honda CRV and the Subaru Outback. I test drove the Honda first and loved it, but wanted to be sure. Mike Long, the sales agent was understanding, and while he did point out advantages of the Honda, he was very supportive of me finding the car that was best for my needs. After driving the Outback, I was convinced that the Honda was a better car for me. The Subaru dealer could use some lessons from Shockley. Before letting me leave the dealer, I was forced to meet with the manager who tried to convince me that I did not know what I really wanted. I escaped with false promises to return for another visit and immediately called Mike to set up an appointment to come back for the CRV. The buying process was smooth from start to finish. Mike was very knowledgeable about his product and other products as well. I was comfortable throughout our transaction and am very pleased with my purchase! Thank you, Mike! More
