When I arrived a little before noon and he had about 2 other customers arriving at the same time, he informed the others I had a 12 o’clock appointment. Which made my feel like I was a priority and he wanted me to have the best experience, He was honest and up front, did not feel like he was all about making the sale. He genuinely wanted me to be happy and to be sure of the purchase. No pressure. Test driving, doing paperwork 2.5 hrs later I was leaving with a preowned vehicle that was priced right. So happy!!! More

Easy and straightforward I had a pretty good idea of what I was interested in (used Accords) since I spent some time browsing the website, but I needed to figure out what I co I had a pretty good idea of what I was interested in (used Accords) since I spent some time browsing the website, but I needed to figure out what I could finance given my thin credit history (I'm 29). I called the dealership and got Chris, and he directed me to their online credit pre-approval form. It was pretty easy to fill out. I didn't hear from them again that evening, but I did hear back the next day. I came in to check out the 3 Accords I was interested in, and was able to see Chris after a short wait. We were able to finalize my credit approval application pretty quickly. In fact, I was able to procure financing, test drive the vehicle they offered the desired financing for, sign all the paperwork, and leave that same evening with the car. Tags and registration taken care of. Chris could tell that I just wanted an easy and quick experience, so he didn't waste time trying to sell me things I didn't want or tell me things I already knew. I appreciated that. Also, Nick was very fast with the financial paperwork. More

Knowledge and manners are everything I drove my first Honda CR-V in 2001, my second since 2006. So, I came to the dealership to look at a newer4 model of a CR-V. I was met by Mr. Curry. I drove my first Honda CR-V in 2001, my second since 2006. So, I came to the dealership to look at a newer4 model of a CR-V. I was met by Mr. Curry. I had a defensive attitude, as buying or leasing a vehicle is an all day affair, not to mention the number crunching. Mr. Curry saw my apprehension. He broke down my defenses quickly. He treated me like I was the most important person on the lot. Speaking to me, not through me, the conversation revealed Chris’s outstanding knowledge. No question I asked was stupid and the kindness proved to be welcoming. After he showed me my favorite vehicle, we walked pass a black Honda Pilot. When inquiring about the window sticker, Mr. Curry’s reply revealed his knowledge, given to me straight forward, with no sugar coating. He never tried to push me into buying more car than I needed. He made me realize that I needed just a little more car than I currently owned. I left the lot that day, feeling quite relieved. I did not purchase that that day, but I will be returning. Being an executive of an international transportation company, image is everything, so the most important things you want or need in a vehicle is comfort and reliability. I left the lot completely convinced of 3 things: Honda Cars are still the best (in my eyes), I will be going back to Shockley Honda, and, Chris Curry is the sales representative that I will deal with. I look forward to my purchase or lease this summer. More

My salesman, Bill, was wonderful and patient in helping me locate the vehicle that I wanted and enabling test drives for me until I was comfortable. By far, the most helpful and resourceful person that I had the pleasure of meeting was Raul Martinez, the sales manager. He worked and creatively came up with a price that I could afford in the lease that I wanted. I assure you...that was not easily done! He was just outstanding. The Honda finncial officer that I worked with could not have been more gracious and helpful. In truth, that can be said of all of the people with whom I came into contact including the young man who actually explained the car to me upon pick up!!! I highly recommend this dealership with no reservations whatsoever!!! Annie More
