Great Overall Experience! I cant say enough how pleased we were with our interactions with Justin and Shockley overall. For example, a defect was found in the paint on the car I cant say enough how pleased we were with our interactions with Justin and Shockley overall. For example, a defect was found in the paint on the car we were going to purchase when it was being detailed. They were honest and told us about it and gave us options to include finding another car with the same specs. That is the option we chose and they found us a model in Pittsburgh that they went and picked up for us. Can't say enough about Justin's integrity and also the sales manager Mike Kuhns. Justin Wages was my salesperson and I am so happy to have been able to work with him. I found him to be calm, honest, and very knowledgable. When I had specific questions about the vehicle, he had the answers. If he didn't, he found them quickly. I never felt that he was just telling me something (anything) about the vehicle without actually having the knowledge. I don't buy a vehicle often, so when I do, I tend to research everything about that vehicle. It puts me off when I know more than the salesperson. This was not the case with Justin. He knew his product. In addition, once I bought the vehicle, he spent extra time just walking me through all the electronics, which for someone who hasn't purchased a car since 2008, that was considerable! I also worked with Dante in Finance and I found him to be very nice and personable. I've now been driving the vehicle for four days, but every time I drive it, I love it even more and I'm so happy that my experience at Shockley was a positive one! More

Sold our 2011 Pilot and Bought a 2017 CR-V with Cris Curry. Wishing to downsize and replace our 2011 Honda Pilot with a newer and smaller vehicle and as a direct result of Shockley's Christina Spangler's phone Wishing to downsize and replace our 2011 Honda Pilot with a newer and smaller vehicle and as a direct result of Shockley's Christina Spangler's phone solicitation to purchase our Pilot, my wife and I came to Shockley expecting to start a lengthy process of requesting offers from several dealers, eg, CarFax, for both selling the Pilot and buying a "new" used Honda. After obtaining independent offers of both transactions from Shockley's Chris Curry, we went home and after some Interweb research, we were pleasantly surprised to come to the conclusion that both the offer to purchase our old Pilot and the offer on a nearly new CR-V by Chris were both fair. In particular, the used 2017 CR-V was a perfect fit for us, in large part due to Chris listening to my wife's needs as this vehicle was primarily to be driven by her. We made both transactions the next day in a single session, Chris shepherding us through all the paperwork and coordinating paperwork with several other Shockley sales specialists, all of which were very professional in answering all our questions and we drove our" new car" home that same evening.
