As I pulled into the service area, I was warml New to the area, I took my son’s 2019 Honda Pilot to Shockley Honda for the first maintenance check-up. As I pulled into the service area, I was warmly greeted by Service Advisor, Maurice Summers . Informing him I didn’t have a scheduled appointment, he happily assured me it was no problem, After getting some initial information, I was told the wait time would be between 1-2 hours but, he would do his best to get me out faster. He then directed me to the waiting area where I could read magazines and feast on free snacks and coffee. In actuality, the wait time was less than an hour , which was AWESOME! My experience with Maurice Summers at Shockley Honda from start to finish was EXCELLENT! Would I go anywhere else for service in the future-NO way! More

Service Department Saved my Family Vacation! While travelling with my wife and 3 children from Massachusetts to Florida, we had some car trouble. Towed to Shockley Honda late at night with no app While travelling with my wife and 3 children from Massachusetts to Florida, we had some car trouble. Towed to Shockley Honda late at night with no appointment obviously. Even though they had over 100 appt's the following morning they took car right in and got us taken car of within a few hours. Thanks to Terri our Service Advisor, Matt the Technician and Dave the Service Manager my family and I were able to continue on with our long road trip! Van has been running great ever since that visit. Great service!! State of the art facility! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. More

I reached out online and Christina began helping me via text and email as I had requested. After a day of back and forth with information they assigned Mike Long as my salesperson and we set an appointment. When I came in a was treated with respect and I appreciated the “style” of the Shockley experience. Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicle and we closed the deal and they sent me to Dante in finance. Dante was excellent to work with and they had me driving away after only 45 minutes or so in the dealership. There was a special circumstance to my deal and they went above and beyond to help me out at Shockley. I highly recommend visiting Christina, Mike and Dante. More

I was made to wait hours for no apparent reason and then rushed into a warranty that I was mislead on what the total cost would be. Unprofessional and unkind. Trickery is one way to do business but not one I stand behind. More
