I had some questions about the vehicle that's when Dan Atis stepped up to the plate, he was helpful and reassuring to me. I don't recall the technician who checked out the vehicle, but he did it so quicky. I was very pleased with the service I received and so very friendly, that you just new they all were doing their part to help me. I must say also that the operator when you call-in, is so welcoming. He was very kind and friendly through the whole process and was great to work with. What stood out to me was the transparency in pricing, no fees were hidden and the up front offer was very fair (under MSRP). At no point, even when discussing upgrade packages with Nancy, did I feel that my time or money was being taken advantage of. While I expect my Civic to last quite some time, if I'm ever on the market again, Shockly will be my first stop. I honestly didn't think a dealer experience this easy and enjoyable was possible. My only suggestion is to bring snacks, the process of buying will take a while anywhere and due to the pandemic, the free snacks at the dealership aren't being offered. More
