Ron King was exceptional! Not only did he explain the results of the inspection on my car, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the charges, AND he fixed my glove box which had somehow gotten jammed up. I got a flat on 68 driving home to Virginia from Deep Creek. Then, after 75 miles on the temp tire, we smelled burning rubber!
