Our offer to you was from Thursday and you were asked to come in. You even stated that you would. You never showed up and asked us for the breakdown of the price we would sell to you again. Clearly you knew that numbers might change for you to ask again 4 days later. Prices are based on many factors. That's why we have a disclaimer that states prices are subject to change without prior notice. I could understand your fustration if you came in the same day. Or ,we never told you, and you came in only for us to say we would not honor it. Instead, you were told that upfront.

I asked about urban titanium/black interior. On 2/16/12, Sergio replied "I have the urban in stock and ready to go." Note he said nothing about the interior, clearly trying to lure me in, at which point I would discover it was unavailable. The following day I relpied "I still only see one EX-L FWD in Urban Titanium in your online inventory, and the interior is beige rather than black. Is that incorrect?" He replied, "I have the color as Urban titanium listed as the exterior. I'll double check on the interior and I'll get back to you." First, to act like it takes some effort to learn the interior color (which is available online, let alone in your databases) is a farce. The clear intention again was to get me in the store, where I would learn the car was unavailable. Meanwhile, he never got back to me! Two days later, having heard nothing, I ask "Were you able to confirm the interior color?" And I once again state that I want "an urban titanium with black interior." Rather than an upfront reply, I get strung along further. You reply, "We currently do not have a beige interior in stock." The clear implication is that you DO have black in stock -- why else would you tell me anything about beige, which I don't want? Once again, the clear goal is to get me into the store under false pretenses. Meanwhile, it is completely disingenuous to claim I waited four days when there were two days of silence on your end, requiring me to contact you again to get a straight answer about the car I wanted. And you speak of your "disclaimer," but emails also state that quotes are valid for 48 hours. From the moment Sergio said he would price match I repeatedly and directly asked for confirmation that you had the car I wanted in stock, at which point I would have come in. It took YOU until the 19th to tell me you did not. Your goal was clearly to try to get me in the store, and, failing that, to run out the clock on the false quote.

You had clearly understood that my quote was for a CRV EXL AWD that I had in stock, which was a Ubran with black. Your exact quote was "Ah, I see that you quoted AWD. I'm interested in FWD." That was what I thought you wanted. I read your email and misunderstood it "Sergio: I still only see one EX-L FWD in Urban Titanium in your online inventory, and the interior is beige rather than black. Is that incorrect?". When I saw beige, I immediately thought that was what you wanted. Once you indicated to me that I made a mistake, I corrected it. Is this not true? If I wanted to lure you in, why would I immediately correct the error? Does that make any sense??!!! And the reason for Sergio to get back with you is to make sure that we have the color combo you wanted. Our inventory online is entered in manually by a human, which you and I both know, could have human errors. In the past, we have had colors entered incorrectly. What cautious steps Sergio took to ensure the info given was accurate, you mistook as negativity. I'm not sure if dealers have wronged you in the past for you to feel this way, but we did not do it intentionally. And we have all the emails between you, Sergio, and I to prove so. And, I will be more than happy to share with the public just as you are trying to do.

The emails clearly establish that I repeatedly tried to get assurance between 2/15 and 2/19 that you had a model with black interior. I don't understand why you would think, or now claim, otherwise. Me, 2/15/12: "And can you please confirm whether you have a model in Urban Metallic with black interior?" Me, 2/16/12: "Do you have, or can you get, a model in either polished black/gray or urban titanium/black?" Sergio, 2/16/12: "I have the urban in stock and ready to go." Me, 2/17/12: "I still only see one EX-L FWD in Urban Titanium in your online inventory, and the interior is beige rather than black. Is that incorrect?" Sergio, 2/17/12: "I have the color as Urban titanium listed as the exterior. I'll double check on the interior and I'll get back to you." (silence until I ask again on 2/19/12) Me, 2/19/12: "Were you able to confirm the interior color? Can you please provide a final all-inclusive out the door price for an urban titanium with black interior" Loc, 2/19/12: "We currently do not have a beige interior in stock." And are you seriously claiming that Sergio needed two days (or four days, if you count from when I first asked, on 2/15) to confirm whether he had a model with black interior? Again, the emails prove that he said he would get back to me on 2/17/12 and never did. Is this taking "cautious steps?" As you can see from email, I asked for confirmation on 2/15/12 whether you had urban/black in stock. I did not receive an accurate response until 2/19/12, after I had to ask multiple times.

I guess you are confusing yourself. Let me explain once more. Car I referred to in my quote was a CRV EXL AWD Urban with black. I also had a 2012 Honda CRV EXL 2WD Urban with beige. Those were the two in stock. You follow? What you want is a CRV EXL 2WD Urban with black, which I didn't have. I clearly understand what you want, but seems like you are still confused. Sergio never followed up with you after his last email. We had a very busy weekend, and not because he needed several days to check on inventory. We never claim that we are perfect and we will make mistakes. But we have thousands of happy customers that will overshadow the few unhappy customers.

The confusion is all yours. You will see from the email correspondence that AWD was never mentioned until your quote on 2/19/12. I was trying to figure out why you weren't providing the price matched quote; that's when I realized you gave me a quote for AWD. That's why I said "Ah, I see that you quoted AWD. I'm interested in FWD." Then you quoted the FWD at above the price matched amount, and here we are. But again, AWD was never mentioned until you provided that quote on 2/19/12. I am glad you finally admit that it was a mistake to leave me hanging from 2/15 to 2/19 regarding your inventory. I am also glad I was able to purchase my vehicle at my price without hassle from another dealer. I don't doubt that you have many happy customers, but judging from my experience, word of mouth, internet reviews, Checkbook.org, and the Better Business Bureau, you have more than a "few" unhappy customers. If you can live with that record, so be it.

Hi Susan, This is Remoe your salesperson. I just looked at the review you sent us. I'm really shocked by the comments you made about me and the dealership. I'm really sorry that you feel this way. I just want you to be happy with your purchase. I hope you don't feel I have mistreated you in any way. This comments you made about me really affect me in many ways as a salesperson and personally. People look online before they come see me and if they read something negative, they will turn away immediately. We did fix things on your vehicle that where not cover under any warranty and we did them becuase we want to have satisfied customers. I'm sorry if this took to long to fix, but we need to make sure they where fix the right way. I hope you see some value on that also. At what cost? responded

Remoe- I think the review is harsh but not unfair. I mean, I waited more than EIGHT hours for my car to be repaired and, in the end, two of the three items weren't even fixed. Worse, now a trim piece on one of the door covers won't stay snapped into place. So while I do think it was fantastic that you agreed the fix the doors, wasn't that sort of negated by the service I got? However, as I said yesterday, I will give some consideration to revising the review. Susan
