I had explained to him my partner and I situation with the car we were trying to trade and also the lack of service at another dealership. When we arrived Suvin assigned us to salesman Ama Ihim that work with us during the process of the trading our vehicle and purchase of a new Accord. These guys were awesome to us and provided the level of professionalism that made is feeling comfortable and valued. We realized that no deal was guaranteed, but they made it possible! I was in the Bethesda Ourisman Honda dealership on August 28, 2013, to have a broken driver-side window repaired on my 2002 CRV (not purchased at Ourisman but regularly serviced there), and was looking at a 28, 2013, to have a broken driver-side window repaired on my 2002 CRV (not purchased at Ourisman but regularly serviced there), and was looking at a new CRV in the showroom as I waited for my car. I think there must have been several salespersons in the area, but Steve Young was the only one who approached and asked whether he could help me. Well, that started us off, and we proceeded to test drive a 2013 CRV. I have loved my 2002 CRV, and was conflicted about giving it up, but knew that if I did, I would probably want a newer model CRV. I had never driven one, though. I liked the route Steve chose for the test drive, as it entailed sufficient distance and variety for me to feel I had a satisfactory opportunity to try out the car. I had not intended to buy a car that day, but enjoyed working with Steve. He made the process go smoothly. He was very helpful in describing the features the EX-LN model had, and very knowledgeable about how things work. This knowledge really came into play when I returned to pick the car up a few days later. Steve sat with me and went over the basics of the bluetooth and navigation system operation. He offered to do so again, and I took him up on that offer a week or so later. Steve's courteous and low-key style, coupled with his knowledge about the car and its features, was just what I needed to tip me over the edge into actually purchasing a new car. More

We shopped around at two other dealers in Maryland before going into the Ourisman Honda showroom. I had communicated via e-mail and phone with Walter prior to arriving, so he was ready for us when we walked going into the Ourisman Honda showroom. His knowledge of Honda cars was extensive, and his manner and professionalism were outstanding. He patiently asked all of our questions, and negotiated the final price in a very straight-forward manner. There were no typical "let me check with my manager" pricing games involved at all. We arrived at an agreed to price (which was very fair) in a quick manner. We hadn't purchased a new vehicle in about 14 years, but our experience with Ourisman, and with Walter in particular restored my faith that the purchase of a car doesn't have to be an excruciating ordeal. I also want to add that Jim Walker walked us through the financing side of the purchase in a quick, straight-forward matter as well. There was no hard-sell of add-ons (undercoating, paint protection, extended warranty, etc.) at all. They provided the information on those (as well as any other accessories we may wanted to have put on the vehicle), and told us it was our decision without pushing the issue at all. As a result of this car-buying experience, I look forward to establishing a long relationship with this dealership. And to Walter - now I know why you were selected as employee of the year - job well done! More

Upon our return visit he requested that we test drive the car a second time on roads that show the true ride of the car - after all the bumps, changes in speed, and windy roads, we were more convinced than ever that we were about to purchase the right vehicle. Steve's honesty and non-hassle approach was well received. Even after the sale when we requested touch-up paint, it was Steve who not only helped us acquire it, but I came to find out that it was he who purchased it out of his own money. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted. We worked with Marcel, who was patient and very helpful. He dealt with us for nearly three to four hours. He spent a great deal of time trying to help us instead of just trying to sell us any old car. Many options were discussed in an informative and understanding manner. Marcel was willing to work with us on pricing-even with a used car. He was also patient with our three kids! I would encourage anyone to check out this dealership and inquire about the salesman we worked with. More

I had owned a Honda Fit previously so I wasn't a hard sell. I was very happy with my sales agent, Steve Young. He also took me on the most thorough test drive I think I ever have been on. ... Business Manager Robert Ki also was friendly and informative and not too high-pressure when it came to the "extras." (I didn't choose any, but I gave it more consideration than I typically would.) ... Based on my research before and after the sale, I feel I paid a fair price. My only complaint is the $895 "protection package" that Ourisman apparently tacks on to every new car. I don't think it adds nearly that much value to the vehicle and is really just padding to allow the dealer some negotiating wiggle-room. This was not done when I purchased a Honda Fit previously in Columbia, S.C., so it was an unpleasant surprise. More
Went to the dealer bc of limited stock of desired car. Salesman were cold and abrasive and implied on the phone that it was too late for them to be bothered although they were still open for over an hour. When I declined, they continued to ask and offered more discounts. After declining several times, someone else came over to ask repeatedly. The presentation of their service was unprofessional and I did not feel like a valued customer. More
