We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at the dealership. I do want to apologize about the conversation you had with Mr. Diego Gonzales. I also want to make sure that all clients that come thru the store are satisfied. Even if we don't come to an agreement on the price and they don't buy a car from our dealership. I do also understand that the price you wanted to achieve on a 2014 Honda Civic was not doable and I apologize about that as well. We do base our prices on actual cost of the vehicle and we have to make some profit to keep the operation of the dealership running. Please understand our position. Again I do apologize about any inconvenience we may have caused you and let me know if there's anything I can do to rectify this bad review. Nancy, Thank you for your response. Of course I know the dealership has to make a profit. At the moment i made the offer, the dealership was still under the stairstep program, and as a result would have made roughly $1,100 in profit according to Loc. As the day progressed, Loc ignored my offers in anticipation of reaching the stairstep goal without my puchase. Because of this waste of my time, i was unable to secure a vehicle with another dealer by yesterdays due date. Thus my complaint is not the rejection of the offer, but rather the fact they were completely ignored.

Hello Mr. Daniels, I just wanted to let you know that the reason why you did not hear from me was because I had left the dealership an hour after you had sent me the email. And I was off yesterday. But I thought I was pretty clear on what I had offered you. I assumed that you would have sought offers from other dealers if you were not satisfied with my offer. I did specifically state that my offer was good until the close of business Wednesday and it was for a 2013 model only We have only 3 colors to choose from, which was disclosed to you. None of the colors we had in stock were what you wanted, which was black. And then you indicated that you wanted a 2014. I responded that I was not willing to sell you a 2014 for that same price, since our intentions were to clear out 2013 models. We were at a dead end. May I ask what would have changed if I had responded? Unless you were willing to accept my offer, my decision would have been the same regardless.
