I first met Mr. Campos 2 weeks ago to have my crv serviced. He told me that it will be ready in 3 hours so I went to see a movie across the street. My wife and I purchased a new CRV downsizing from an Odyssey and were treated with care and respect, nothing short of excellent!! We first arrived there and were greeted by Suvin Viswanathan who directed Juan (a bright prospect) to give us a tour of the CRV we were interested in. He took us on a test drive explaining everything that the vehicle offered, accessories that we could add, doing it all with no pressure which made our experience that much better. We arrived back at Ourisman and finalized the deal which turned out to be great because we also met Shazia who is EverReady and explained minor details of paperwork info to us in a short but detailed way. They made switching models an easy experience and hope that if anyone is interested in a amazing car buying experience to try Ourisman Honda out! Ask for Suvin and Juan to make the experience a lasting one. Thanks guys for the care and attention you expressed in us. More
I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. I recently bought a brand new car in Oct 1 2013. I worked very hard to save my down payment and I am a student attending college. I bought a new car after having some trouble with my used car. At sales everyone was kind because I am giving the dealership business. I bought this car and drove home a brand new car which AC was not working properly. I took it back and asked them why? They said it’s because Honda had not did their job properly and we will take care of it. It was a first time buy with not much knowledge I believed them because I searched for this car over months and I drove about 30 miles into another state buying it. Later on I drove this car very happily and my first oil change was not even due for a long period of time. Around about after 3 months where I drove about 4000 miles. Oil change was at 60 percent until change due. I heard a noise from engine. I was surprised and saw an engine oil lap on. I was worried and checked the manual for what reason that may be and found out that there is low oil in engine. I checked the dip stick and no oil. I called the service department and was advised to drive my car 30 miles to dealership when there is no oil in car and engine has made noise and could be damage. I asked and told him there is no oil and then they towed my car. Honda did not provide me with any service car because they had to get my car to dealership first. Service guy told me to take a taxi and we will refund the money to you. Later I found out that when oil was drained that there is only 2 quarts in my car. They said we must do an oil consumption test and that’s what Honda wants. I asked them why? This is a brand new car and I bought it about 3 to 5 months and its burning oil because there was no leak. This is the second problem in this car and I bought it a few months ago. I called Honda and asked them about the Ac not working properly and they said that’s the dealership and not our fault that they did not check properly. I spoke to a service manager of the dealership and asked them why I am going thought so much stress and time. This car is defective and I would want another car. I said I am not happy with your service after knowing your service guys don’t even know what to tell me when I called in for a problem. I did not get any car when I left my car at the dealership. You guys lied to be about the Ac and if I knew I would of never bought it and return it. He spoke to me in a sarcastic manner and said that this is not a Mercedes dealership after I asked him for a car to drive for work. All he to me was you have warranty. I said I am not happy with my car. This is a big problem and I want this issue solved. He said we are trying and sent me off without any help. I am very stressed out and I am a student attending full time college and work. I don’t have the time for all this and that was the main reason for me to buy a car was not to worry for next 5 years. I have issues on this car more than my used car. I even did the oil consumption test and drove back to dealership and they said the oil is less but it’s not at the level and this is normal. I have driving around a car that has low oil in it. I am sure that’s not how it work. I am using the car with less oil so it is damaging my car. How is oil burning normal on a brand new car which has less than 6000 miles? I did oil consumption test and oil went down at 1500 and now I drove another up to 2000 and it’s near the first mark on my dip stick. I won’t ever recommend anyone this dealership so they won’t go thought what I am. I work so hard every day to pay for this car. I have wasted my 5500 deposit and my 4 payments of 300 so far and more to go. More
This was by far my best experience with buying a car. I showed up to the lot knowing which used Honda CRV of theirs I wanted. And, with cash and a trade Okize Iheme and finance/business manager Shazia Chee showed up to the lot knowing which used Honda CRV of theirs I wanted. And, with cash and a trade Okize Iheme and finance/business manager Shazia Cheema and I were able to reach a deal that worked for all of us. If you are looking for a low-pressure shopping environment with a courteous, flexible staff, please give Ourisman Honda your business. If we ever decide to become a 2-car home I will contact Ourisman and Okize first. More

There is something fishy about the positive reviews on this dealer. They read like they were written by a professional copywriter; whereas the negative reviews look like they were written by average Joes this dealer. Any event, I was communicating with "Loc", the overall sales manager, yesterday to try to close a deal, and in the middle of it, he stopped responding to me. I was attempting to buy a new Honda on the last day certain incentives were offered, and wasted time dealing with him and Ourisman due to their lack of follow-through. He then lacked the courtesy to reply himself today and had Diego respond, who only did so with flippant responses. I would discourage anyone from going to Ourisman. If they are the NO 1 Honda dealer in MD as Diego spat back at me, it is only despite themselves. More
I was referred to Suvin Viswanathan, who is a manager at Ourisman. I made contact with him and as soon as I walked in we were greeted by Richard. Among other things we liked how honest, straight forward and Ourisman. I made contact with him and as soon as I walked in we were greeted by Richard. He did not hesitate in giving us a very good deal and he went above and beyond with the time he took to explain and make sure we find the vehicle that fit us. Ama was extremely patient and informative. He made me comfortable car shopping as a women, which is rare. I did not feel as though he was selling me a car to meet his sales quota, but selling me a car th comfortable car shopping as a women, which is rare. He went above and beyond insuring me that purchasing the car was a decision I was comfortable with, and 7 months later I am as happy as the day I drove off the lot. I would recommend Ama to anyone who has any skeptic outlooks on the characters of any car sales person. He breaks all stereotypes, many of which are unfortunately true. His knowledge about cars, financing, and package option necessities is outstanding. He took the time to go over all interior and exterior features with me following my purchase, and to this day still remembers my name when I come back for scheduled maintenance. He genuinely cares about the people that he is putting in cars, and if I ever am in the market to upgrade my 2013 Honda Lx Accord, He would most defiantly gain my repeat business! More

Steve has been fantastic in terms of the way he treated us since the first time we stopped by to ask about the car. He made all the efforts to sell us the car and bring us a good price, but without creatin us since the first time we stopped by to ask about the car. He made all the efforts to sell us the car and bring us a good price, but without creating that annoying environmnet that many times you get from car dealers that try to push you beyond the limits. So we are quite happy with his friendliness and efforts, as well as with the other people who helped us during the transaction.
