I called them from the road and they had me come in the next business day. I brought the car in at 730 and after some prodding to get them to look at the car, they had it diagnosed and fixed the same day. The customer service agents were very nice and realized how stressed I was and made it happen. I was able to get my daughter moved into her apartment and get home for the 7 hour drive with air conditioning. Thank you Ourisman More

lease equity I wanted to lease a Fit. My previous lease mature so took car back to this dealership since close by. I had low miles 21k only, all service done here, I wanted to lease a Fit. My previous lease mature so took car back to this dealership since close by. I had low miles 21k only, all service done here, and car in excellent condition per HONDA inspection. I kept being told by X to guy I was dealing with “we don’t buy leased cars!” It didn’t matter that car was great and I was repeat lease and third car here. After 40m of xx I left. Any deal on Fit lease would not apply. Long story short, dealer ultimately did buy my prior lease car from HFC , didn’t send it back and sale price for 14,998. Buyoff was 12,300 approx. I got zero. Leased a Fit but issue with a part. Minor but $44 plus labor and parts never took care of it or placing a We Owe order. Sales help did no follow thru to see if parts did order. Thus, same ol after 19 days in new Fit. I had to call myself to see what happened. Still waiting. Bottom line is this dealer won’t give you one dime. Ext time I’ll take this leased car to another dealership vs here for more profit. More
sloppy service, non-professional technicians I had Monday 9 am B1 service for the new accord (12000 miles). I brought car 30 min earlier, and it took 2.5 hrs for this basic service. Moreover, Tec I had Monday 9 am B1 service for the new accord (12000 miles). I brought car 30 min earlier, and it took 2.5 hrs for this basic service. Moreover, Tech damaged tire stem valve and even did not mention that the valve cap got stuck and he could not unscrew it. The latter triggered TPMS low tire pressure warning. I went to NTB and they replaced the stem valve to $37, and I recalibrated TPMS. I do not mentioned that the dumb Tech does not know how to reset the maintenance minder in new accords More
Poor Excuses Made for Multiple Customer Service Issues On April 1st I made an appointment online for a 9:30am appointment on April 7th. Several days before the appointment I called the dealership to confirm my appointment and pricing for the services I'd requested. When I arrived, my car was checked in by the Asst. Service Manager Dan Jennings who took note of the issues I wanted diagnosed. I was given every indication that my car would be seen right away and had chosen to wait at the dealership. At 11am Dan called to inform me that my car was just now being seen and it would take two hours to evaluate my issues (wind shield wipers not working, power locks not working, brake light wouldn't turn off). I reluctantly agreed, frustrated that my car had not already been seen and that I had not been informed of the longer, more expensive diagnostic time evaluation up front before waiting. After not receiving an update two hours later, I finally confronted Dan at his desk at 1:40pm. He said my paperwork was ready and he would review it with me. He then disappeared for another 15 minutes. When he returned he told me that they had only been able to figure out repairs for the windshield wiper and locks but had yet to understand why the brake light would not turn off. When I expressed frustration over the extended wait times he said that there was no point in making an appointment as they were unable to guarantee a car would be seen at the scheduled appointment time but on a rolling drop off basis. He then said that they usually did not do diagnostic work on the weekends, which is why there was an extended wait time, and that I would have been better off dropping the car off on a week day. When I noted that none of these suggestions had been communicated to me when I'd called to confirm my appointment or by him at 9:30am when I checked in he brushed it off like that was just how things were. His behavior was dismissive, hurried and like I was wasting his time and should have known better. My experience with the service at this dealership was very negative and left a very bad impression. I do not plan to return. More
Walter provided excellent service Walter was professional, friendly and thorough, and basically sold us on the CR-V. However, although we wanted to reward Walter's professionalism, we Walter was professional, friendly and thorough, and basically sold us on the CR-V. Worst experience at a car dealership period My wife and I considered purchasing a Honda Odyssey here. This was by far the worst dealership experience we have received in our history of buying cars. After walking in and saying today wasn't going to be the day we would buy, the dealer tried to employ all of the worst tactics you hear about in horror experiences: the pressure, the fact that we needed to buy within the next hour (put a deposit down) or the deal would go away, and then being told how the car business is done and how the sales manager has 15 years of experience doing this to customers were all aggravating factors. With so many spectacular options out there to buy, I would never say that anyone (even locals) should waste their time or money here. More

Apart from finding a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic, it was a great experience to have dealt with people who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understand the customer. I searched the internet for a reasonable price and less than 24 hours I got a call from Ray Turner, who was so willing to help me out. When I got to the dealership, Ray introduced me to Deyber Mendez, who made all the difference—he showed me all the Honda Civic that I might be interested in and was very patient in my haggling for a good price and walked me through all the initial paper work. He also familiarized me with the car’s new features. Deyber’s knowledge of his job exacts a customer’s confidence and trust, not only in him, but also to the car he is selling. I could detail all other things that Deyber did, but the space won’t be enough. To sum it up—Deyber is the MAN. I also had a very pleasant experience with Sunicia, the nice lady who explained to me all the add ons that could make my car last long and enjoy it to the fullest. I couldn’t have a very pleasant experience after an awful car accident. Not to be left out is Mr. Omar—he’s so cool. The last leg of this experience was the payment and financing—Mr. Anthony Oman, the Business Manager, couldn’t be more helpful. More
New Car Needed Work I bought a new car at Ourisman Honda. The car needed repairs. I went back to the dealership. They suggested I must have liked it the way it was since I bought a new car at Ourisman Honda. The car needed repairs. I went back to the dealership. They suggested I must have liked it the way it was since I bought it. Then they offered to do the repairs but said there were no promises they could fix it. I also saw bait and switch tactics. The car I originally inquired about was "at the other garage." They have a parking garage rather than a car lot because of the urban location. After negotiating a price I was told the price is only for the vehicles at at this garage even though the other cars, same model and options, had the same sticker price within $100. Now I know why. They steered me to the second quality defective inventory. I never returned for the "no promises" repairs because, based on my experience with them thus far, I wasn't sure what kind of stunt they'd pull on me next. I would have dropped the car off for repairs the next day if they had simply told me in the first place "we'll take care of it". Instead it was a bunch of hedging, buck passing, and extraneous remarks such as the guy who approached me from left field and said "some of them are like that depending where they're made." I guess he was dealership staff but he wasn't in uniform and didn't identify himself. The dealership responded to this review via private message in this website. They said they want to address any concerns in the best way possible. I received another e-mail from the dealership apologizing for my unsatisfactory experience and offering to do their best to make repairs. Since the repairs involve body work the car would be sent out to an independent shop. I asked for the name of the body shop. They wouldn't tell me. More
