I purchased a new 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealership as an out of state buyer; it was delivered to my residence. Contrary to the same model vehicle I test drove, my ranger was experiencing unusual trans as an out of state buyer; it was delivered to my residence. Contrary to the same model vehicle I test drove, my ranger was experiencing unusual transmission behavior including vibration at low rpms, frequent gear hunting, and hesitation when attempting to accelerate. As stated in the manual, I figured I would give the transmission time to smooth out during the "adaptive learning"; 10,000 miles later and no change. Every dealership near me was booked months out for service but when I called this one back, they said I could come the following week. I take off of work and drive about two hours to their service center only to be lectured by the desk advisor and tech about the transmission. Without even trying to reset the software or diagnose the issue, I was told that "just because I don't like it, doesn't mean there is something wrong". I have driven many vehicles and have gotten feedback from other owners and I know this is not normal transmission behavior. At this point, I am both dissatisfied with my purchase, and with the service I have received from Ford and now want to sell it unfortunately, being that they have refused to fix it. More
I was greeted by Emily when I brought my Ford in for emissions testing. I didn't have an appt.-- I was a 'walk in'. After checking me in, Emily began walking with me and I stopped to use the ladies room emissions testing. I didn't have an appt.-- I was a 'walk in'. After checking me in, Emily began walking with me and I stopped to use the ladies room. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a modern bathroom. It looked like it had just been renovated. It was SPOTLESS! Afterwards, I walked around to the waiting room which was also fresh and orderly. The dealership provided fresh coffee and bottled water, while I waited. Emily also sent me a text message which allowed me to communicate with her during my visit. I was back on the road within 40 minutes! Just an awesome experience! More
