I’ve always had a good experience at this location; only go in for routine oil changes. Last time I went in, my car was “inspected” and came back with 5 “major problems”. I always see Jay Cortez (Great Sale go in for routine oil changes. Last time I went in, my car was “inspected” and came back with 5 “major problems”. I always see Jay Cortez (Great Salesmen!!) and have never got a inspection report back. The “major problems” with my car included an alignment for over 200$, which I know for a FACT I do not need because I had one less than 6 months ago. Salesmen Zain, who I spoke to on this day, was clearly trying to get more money out of me because i’m a women and probably wouldn’t know what the problems were. I was very disappointed with the way Mr.Zain conducted himself and won’t be seeing him again. There are also women that work at this location, so for this to happen when I ONLY came in for an oil change was honestly quite disappointing. I’ve got 6 oil changes here every month, always going to Jay, and never NEVER had this problem. I’m saddened by the efforts to try and get more money out of people that you think don’t know what they’re talking about. If you ever go to this establishment, see Jay, he’ll treat you with respect and not dumb you down. More

After buying a Bronco here new and purchasing the extended warranty for 10 years 100,000 miles, I brought it in for a routine oil change. I picked up the car after the service and it now had an engine noise "tick tick tick tick . Brought it back and asked them to look into it the noise they kept the car for two days. When I called to follow up the response was was given was that the ticking noise was normal. Funny thing is that the car had no noises or ticks when I brought it in for service and now it had one? The service manager was super rude and assured me the noise was normal. I explained that it didn't have a noise before I brought it in and now it has one. Just wasn't there I have been driving it since new. I asked for them to please look into it. Again he was very rude told me I should take the car someplace else for a second opinion? WOW! Honestly that is terrible thing to do to a customer. I bought the car new from them bought there extended warranty that was not cheap and was told to go some place else. "Incredible" Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this dealer they will not stand by you after your check clears. I have a 100,000 mile warranty so I will get this sorted eventually but I will have to find another ford dealer to take it to. Thought I would post this and save you the heartache. Again run! More
