Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased my 2008 Prius and the maintenance light came on. I called the Ourisman number on the sticker on the windshield- I made an appoint I recently purchased my 2008 Prius and the maintenance light came on. I called the Ourisman number on the sticker on the windshield- I made an appointment to take it in the following day. I didn't pay attention to which Ourisman dealership and drove to the wrong one- I was told I could leave it all day and they may get to it- I then called the correct dealership worrying I was going to hear the same- they were so kind and reassured me there was no problem I could still be done in an hour. The service manager I worked with, David, went above and beyond in terms of getting me in and out and not making me feel stupid for being an hour late having gone to the wrong location. When driving home I heard a noise from my tire, when I was able to briefly check it out I thought I saw a nail. I immediately called David and told him about the nail. He told me to bring it back and he'd have it fixed within the hour. When I was ready to leave I did a more thorough check and dug out a rock that looked like the nail head. I called and left a message for David explaining I wouldn't be returning for the work on the tire. He called me back in a few minutes and we discussed the tire briefly and he made sure my car was set. David made me an Ourisman Fairfax service customer for life. More

Professional and service oriented I came to have a drooping visor repaired and to wait for it. After waiting for a while Sean came to me and apologized saying that the part he though I came to have a drooping visor repaired and to wait for it. After waiting for a while Sean came to me and apologized saying that the part he thought was there was not in stock and would not be until the next day. He arranged for a loaner car and I left my car there for service and picked it up early the next day. The work was done. Now had we known that the part was not there I would not have waited, obviously. But these things happen and Sean was very professional and apologetic about it. I cannot fault them and would use them again. More
