INTRODUCTION TO OURISMAN FAIRFAX TOYOTA I recently purchased a used 2008 Toyota RAV4 from CARMAX and it was time for the first service. I did not receive an inspection report or a maintenanc I recently purchased a used 2008 Toyota RAV4 from CARMAX and it was time for the first service. I did not receive an inspection report or a maintenance inspection that they performed on the car when they serviced it before the sale. I called Ourisman Service and was greeted by Mustafa Toghral who informed me that he did have the car history in the Toyota database. I brought the car in for service at 0900 and was greeted promptly and the car was taken in for their inspection. About 45 minutes after arrival in their comfortable waiting area Mustafa came in and took me to the maintenance technician servicing the car and showed me the recommended repairs and preventive maintenance actions needed. I authorized the repairs and service and was given a ride home. I was told the repairs would take additional time and I would get a call when it was ready. There was an error on my phone number so I called to learn the status. The car was ready and i came to pick it up. i was told that I could apply for a no interest credit card for six months that was approved on line. More

Service is top-notch, pricing is on-par with dealership service, and communication is excellent. I gladly will return for service on all our Toyotas and would recommend to anyone else. My only wish is that this dealership offered a loaner service for vehicle service extending past 5 days or a week. I recommend Mustafa as a service rep--he's excellent and will make sure you are happy with how it works out. More

130,000 mile service and frame check I went into Ourisman for my 130,000 mile service on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. During the service and Toyota's very thorough safety inspection, Trevor, I went into Ourisman for my 130,000 mile service on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. During the service and Toyota's very thorough safety inspection, Trevor, their very capable Technician noticed unsatisfactory frame rust while performing a frame recall inspection and informed me that the frame would have to be replaced. They escorted me to the shop and showed me the rust damage. I am very thankful that Toyota is doing this recall, and that Trevor and Service Manager Michael provide such thorough and efficient work. The really great news is that Toyota will be performing this work on a service recall. Thank you Trevor, Michael and Toyota for your proactive attention to detail. Sincerely, Bill S. More
