Let me start by saying that the ONLY reason I did not purchase from this dealership is because of my horrific customer service experience. Experienced racial profiling, deceptive business practices, and a lack of professionalism. Before arriving, I asked the salesman for information about the car and was constantly met with questions about financing prior to even being shown the car. I asked the salesman for a video/pictures of the car and was sent a weird selfie video that again addressed financing and showed less than 2 seconds of the exterior of the car. Upon arrival, I was not greeted with the enthusiasm of a car salesman, but given a lackluster hello and pushed off to a rookie salesman (TAYO). The salesman persisted to ask me questions about financing/credit reports before a test drive and proceeded to wrongfully assume that I would need a co-signer or that my friend (who drove me to the dealership) would be someone on the financing request with me. During the test drive, the salesman did a less than average job of describing any of the features that matter; but did notify me of the benefits of the sunroof being that I could smoke marijuana with a cool view and notified me of the ways weed could be enjoyed in the vehicle (I don't smoke). After the test drive: We discussed pricing that was almost $4k above listed price (listed at $24k and by the time we got to pricing the cost was just north of $27.5k). Then, after about 2 days of negotiations, the manager sends me a proposal for $26k. I agree to the price and proceed with retrieving down payment money. The manager said they won't honor the price agreed upon ($26k) without financing through their dealership!!!! That was not listed on their proposal or agreed upon on my end. It is a slimey move by management and an aggressive form of deception by a dealer that lacks integrity for their work. Manager Jason Kerr is rude, unprofessional, and deserves to be addressed (UHC) for his pompous attitude and pretentious demeanor that oozes out in his work and how he deals with customers. More

Interactions with Tim were really easy for buying a new car. He had to looked around for the particular car and extras we wanted and made me feel comfortable and confident that he would find the car I want car. Needed some extended warranty work and a new Jeep dealer since Service Manager brother-in-law had retired. Minor complaints: 1) No loaner vehicles available (and only to buyers from them), and 2) after driving home, found they’d caused a reset of the dashboard settings (possibly factory defaults?), and it was difficult getting back to our displays (mileage, MPG, etc.). To my wife, that was as bad as after an oil change finding the provider had not reset the Oil Change warnings. More
