My service with Ourisman resulted from an accident and the Insurance Company sending me to a sub-par repair shop. This resulted in going back to the dealer (Ourisman) for repairs. It has been a frustrating experience since May and it is now the end of August. Now 3 months, 1 tow, several service calls and over $5,000.00 later, I’m still having the same problems. So, would I recommend this service team - I would emphatically say - I think not! More

Disorganized Service Department Bottom line: Scheduled the same emissions recall service TWICE and BOTH TIMES was told 2 hours AFTER drop off that they didn't have the kit required Bottom line: Scheduled the same emissions recall service TWICE and BOTH TIMES was told 2 hours AFTER drop off that they didn't have the kit required to do the service. That is unforgivably disrespectful of me and my time. Details: I scheduled an early morning service for a recall about 10 days out. When I brought the vehicle in, planning to wait for it, I and was told they wouldn't be able to get started for another 2 hours (FAIL #1). Got a ride back home and received a phone call about two hours later saying they did not have the kit needed to do the recall work... Again, this was scheduled over a week in advance!! How do you 1-not have the kit (FAIL #2) and 2- not KNOW you don't have the kit so you can call me and let me know not to bother bringing in the vehicle or at LEAST let me know when I show up (FAIL #3)?? Rescheduled for the next day (more kits were due first thing in the morning). Drop the car off, and AGAIN receive a phone call about 2 hours later saying they STILL don't have the kit (FAIL #4). Service agent blamed UPS for "losing" the package... but you know whether or not you received it, right?? So why am I only finding out AFTER I dropped off the car and went home. Now I have to pay for another uber ride to pick up a vehicle that STILL hasn't been serviced (FAIL #5, and I'm done with you!) Summary: Jeep lied to its customers about its vehicles emissions, prompting the recall in the first place (and wasting my time and money), then this service department wastes MORE of my time and money for absolutely nothing. Nope! More

They arranged for a tow tr My car over heated on route 395 during my 6 hour trip home. I contacted Ourisman as they were the nearest Dodge dealership. They arranged for a tow truck, and drove my wife and I to a nearby hotel as it was late. The car was repaired ( new radiator ) and ready for me to resume my trip by 1:30pm. (earlier than their 2:00 - 3:00pm estimate! ). The car ran perfectly all the way home. Ourisman did a great job! More

Excellent Customer Service I was very pleased with my purchase experience. The individuals I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles of inter I was very pleased with my purchase experience. The individuals I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles of interest to me. I interacted with the Internet Sales Manager (Robert Bennett) first. His warm and friendly communication via phone and e-mail attracted me to the Ourisman dealership. Lots of other dealers contacted me, but I was impressed with him. Robert referred me to Samer Burjas, the Sales Consultant. Samer listened attentively to what I was looking for in a vehicle and proceeded to make recommendations without being pushy. I really appreciated his approach. It was clear to me that providing me a quality buying experience was his highest priority. As a result of my buying experience my daughter and her boyfriend are both considering purchasing Jeeps and requesting Samer as their Sales Consultant. For those that know me well, I am a very skeptical buyer and I have very high expectations. With support from Samer and Robert, Ourisman exceeded my expectations. C. McCoy More
