Engine light came on ignition coil bad I had a wonderful gentleman assist me, his name was Willy. From the very start he was very respectful and professional and he went above and beyond to I had a wonderful gentleman assist me, his name was Willy. I called my extended warranty and they would not authorize a rental car until vehicle was diagnosed, Willy said he would be able to get it looked at tomorrow, but when I told him what insurance company said he immediately talked with one of his mechanics and as soon as was off of lunch he looked at my car! I was stuck waiting for answer in order to get a rental car, so Willy found out couple hours later and called me at rental office. He said what the problem was and that he would fix it that day! I just waited and left same day with my car! That was AWESOME! He took care of me and I am new to Virginia and I will always go back to Willy because he knows what customer service means in this day and age not much customer service left. So I had to pay out of pocket for some of the things wrong with car, but Willy made it as painless as possible. When do you go to dealer and pay out of pocket and smile about it. See Willy and you will know what I mean! Thank you so much Willy! More

Just awful business service members don’t know cars After repeatedly takin my 2014 Jeep Cherokee through service it repeatedly came out needing more work. Service team inexperienced and they damaged my vehicle and tried to cover it up. If you want a proper diagnosis you must go elsewhere. After eeqeatedly bring it in for diagnosis they finally give me an answer once the car is basically totaled. I plan on filing a small claim because the service is definitely corrupt and they don’t know cars. If you can make an appointment same day you would think it’s convenient but it’s because the service is so subpar they can get you car back with very lazy diagnosis. I have paperwork to show the service center is unknowledgeable and like to damage customers cars, try to cover it up and charge you an arm and a leg to fix it. I plan on filing a small claim because I’m sure they are doing this to others people. More
