Manufacturer recommended service plus roof leak When I made my appointment with Ourisman, I mentioned that I had gotten messages indicating my Jeep was due for manufacturer recommended service but, When I made my appointment with Ourisman, I mentioned that I had gotten messages indicating my Jeep was due for manufacturer recommended service but, more importantly, I believed my sun roof was leaking and water was pouring down through the light over my dashboard. I dropped my car off the night before my Tuesday 7am appointment and was told that the one person who works with water leaks only works on Mondays and Thursdays. And, oddly enough, shows up sometime between 9 and 1. Had I been told that when I made the appointment, I would have chosen to come in on another day, despite the fact that the one person who works with leaks shows up whenever he shows up. Although my car was at the dealership a day early and I had a 7 am appointment, we didn't hear from the service adviser all day. We finally called late afternoon and were told he would call us back. We still didn't hear back so we drove over that evening (10 hours after my 7am appointment) to find that the service adviser was just submitting our invoice to the cashier. So no, I don't think I'd recommend Ourisman service to anyone. More

Make sure you get the right service representative I had an alternator that needed to be replaced. Got it in 0730 in the morning. The vehicle was not seen until 1600. Then the new part was ordered un I had an alternator that needed to be replaced. Got it in 0730 in the morning. The vehicle was not seen until 1600. Then the new part was ordered until then. I was told that the vehicle would be ready the next day at 1100. It wasn't. The wrong alternator was sent. This caused a cascading problem with my schedule. My question is: why wasn't something done to order the part sooner, that way whatever errors and delays could have been mitigated ? The good thing is that a different service representative (Rafael Ramirez) took over my case and made sure the vehicle was done right, although delayed. I have not lost faith in Ourisman Jeep due to the effort of Rafael (going out of his way to help). More
Not repaired properly, now leaking transmission fluid. I took my 2018 Wrangler in for a no start issue. There is apparently a TSB that states to replace the valve body. They ordered the parts, a week late I took my 2018 Wrangler in for a no start issue. There is apparently a TSB that states to replace the valve body. They ordered the parts, a week later, they had the parts and a loaner vehicle. I took the Jeep in on a Wednesday morning, but I didn't get it until Monday (reportedly a 2 hour job). The main issue is that they didn't fix it properly and the Jeep is now leaking transmission fluid. I tried to set up a return visit, but they didn't have a loaner for that day, and I need to go to work. They said they would call back when they found one to schedule. They did not call back, and they are not returning my calls now. TSB 21-041-18. Besides the poor quality repair, the communications have been terrible - I've had to call and call. I leave messages but they don't call back. More

Professional and efficient I first went to Dar Car jeep and Chrysler in Marlow Heights, Maryland on 2 seperate occasions for the same problem. They couldn't find any problem bot I first went to Dar Car jeep and Chrysler in Marlow Heights, Maryland on 2 seperate occasions for the same problem. They couldn't find any problem both times, the last time I visited their service shop my car stopped working within 72 hours. I came to you in desperation and not only did you find the problem and correct it you also gave me a detail of the cause of the malfunction. Thank You. More
