Ignored and unresponsive This has been the most aggravating process in terms of buying a car. Everything was great when I first entered the dealership until they made the sal This has been the most aggravating process in terms of buying a car. Everything was great when I first entered the dealership until they made the sale and dropped me like a hot potato. I bought my jeep on August 13th, and to this day I am still waiting for this deal to be finalized. I was told the process would take three days, and when I heard nothing from anybody after a week I started calling and leaving messages for anybody and everybody just trying to find somebody who could help me. My lender told me they were waiting on paperwork from the dealership, but nobody could be bothered to call me back and tell me what was going on, or if anybody was indeed working on this. I was straight up ignored for two weeks before ANYBODY called me back, only to be annoyed by my persistence without any recognition of why I was actually frustrated. I was told from there that it would only be one more week before everything was finalized. Days before I was scheduled to leave for vacation I was informed that I needed to sign more papers. I told them I was going on vacation, so they mailed me the papers to my destination. I also needed new temporary tags, at this point, because mine were about to expire. The papers arrived without the tags which caused me to have to stay another day and miss my paragliding adventure to wait for the tags to come in. Already aggravated, I was then relentlessly contacted asking when I was going to send the papers back. I stated I would send them back when my tags arrived. After two weeks I returned home only to be informed that I now only had two days to call my lender to finalize my loan. Again, I was relentlessly bothered by the dealership regarding this "sudden pressing matter" only to find out when I contacted my lender that they were AGAIN waiting on the dealership. At this point it has been almost two months since I purchased my jeep and my deal still remains unfinalized. On top of which, the finance manager calls me by the wrong name and spells "you" with the letter "u" which doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence in the people chosen to run your dealership. I will not be recommending this dealership to anybody. More
