Looking for a better option! Plenty to like but the good doesn't outweigh the bad. When I booked my 7 AM "appointment" I said I wanted to wait for my truck. I was given an estimat Plenty to like but the good doesn't outweigh the bad. When I booked my 7 AM "appointment" I said I wanted to wait for my truck. I was given an estimate of 2 hours for the work but no one told me that the technicians don't start until 8! Could have waited till 9 but not 10, so I decided to take Metro to work. I expected a call by 10 AM or certainly by noon. I called at 4:30 trying to get some information about the status of my truck. Turns out the lift broke and there was a backlog in the bay while they repaired the lift. OK, these things happen, but (a) I could have used a phone call, and (b) how am I supposed to get home? These are not problems I created, but Ourisman certainly made them my problems to solve! I got a call the next day and they said they recommended flushing my brake lines and replacing the fluid. Well, that was a coincidence! They recommended the exact same $285 treatment the last time I brought the truck in! I did it then, or at least, I paid for it! There's no good reason to do it again so soon. In fact, it made me suspicious. I declined, obviously, and I decided on the spot to take my business elsewhere. Intake and billing folks are nice but the overall experience was terrible. To top it off, when they brought me my truck, the windshield, driver's window, and driver's side mirror were splattered with bird poop. I have plenty of options for service and I will be actively looking for a service center that knows how to take care of people. More

Customer service 4 for the following reasons: - service agent was very good in keeping me up to date and working with the insurance. - I asked the service agent if he could coordinate with the mechanic shop to clear any recalls and it was never done. So now I have to take another trip to the dealership and get it done. - the vehicle overall was dusty/dirty. The interior was dusty with internal paper work left on dash and passenger seat. The outside of the vehicle was in general dirty. For the amount of money spent I do not believe a simple car wash is to much to ask for which would have taken care of the dust and exterior. - rear left tire was flat (15 psi according to my dash). Hard to believe they would allow a vehicle to leave their shop with a flat tire. More

I tried to take it back to the dealer I bought i So I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade in March of this year and started having speaker problems. I tried to take it back to the dealer I bought it from however they said they could only see me during weekday hours. So I called around and finally called the Alexandria dealership and spoke with someone named Lisa. I explained the situation and she told me I could bring my car in on Saturday. I came in at 8:30am to be told it would be 3 hours before my car would even be seen. So I stayed and waited to be told almost 5 hours later that my situation was more complex than previously thought and I would need to come back during the week. I explained that I could not because of my work schedule and was then told "I'm not sure what to tell you". I asked about a loaner car and was told they don't have any and if I wanted to rent a vehicle it would be $50 a day. To which I thought was insane. So I expressed my disgust with the situation and then he says " oh well it looks like you may be covered for a rental". First off why didn't you start off with that information before having me and my child sit there for 5 hours and asking me to come back?? Then he said he would get me a rental and another 1.5 hours goes past and NO ONE comes back. I finally get fed up and walk outside and then they pull a rental around for me. The rental was abysmal. It was terribly dirty and the tank was empty. I had to immediately leave and put gas in it! What kind of service department is this? I've had better customer service from Walmart. For an owner of a new vehicle I expected better treatment than this. More
