Thievery at its best, with a side of horrible service! I happened to be near the dealership because my car got flooded outside of the dealership on mothers day 2018. my service was slow dealing with geico I happened to be near the dealership because my car got flooded outside of the dealership on mothers day 2018. my service was slow dealing with geico express and the service center, I initially dealt with Rafeal the service adviser and Chris the service manager. It was an ordeal getting my work done, and delay after delay took them 3 weeks just to look at the car, a month in a half later when i got my car back, there were serious braking issues, every time I would brake the car would shake, I brought the car back 5 mins after picking it up, and was told by both Rafeal and Chris that the car just needed to be warmed in, because it has been sitting for a long time. I took the car home and brought back a few days later complaining about the same issue, again was told by chris the same exact thing, so I wait a few weeks and brought back the car, and it took 3 times and then chris agreed to test drive the car, at this point frustrated i had asked them to look over the car again top to bottom, because the car was less then a year old. he then had someone look at the car, and assured us that the car was okay, nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was wrong with the car, which we were told by Chris. The car continued to have the same issue, and then I went out of town and the car was not driven, when I returned and noticed the same issues, I went back to the dealership, at that point I was told that Chris is on vacation by another gentlemen named Howard, Howard asked us if the car was ever in anytime of water damage or flooding, because the brake rooter were bad do to water damage, at this point I was vivid. I told him that my car has been having that issue he apologized and said we had to leave the car there and he would get it fixed. I was very upset because Howard told me that the brakes were never looked at, which I felt lied and cheated by Rafeal and Chris. I have been out of pocket so much money, over these months and they take no accountability . Then I got a even bigger surprise from Howard, he informed me that my right rear tire was warn out, but the other 3 tires are perfect, how does that make any sense?? he then suggested that maybe the tire was changed, I never changed my tires, and why would I change 3 tires and why would only one tire be warn out, also why would they tell me this now??? When I brought in my car the 1st 4 times my tires were fine, after they got a hold of my car suddenly one tire is warn out. They suggested that maybe when I brought the car the tire was changed which is untrue. I believe that this dealership stole one of my tire, i went in with 4 new tires and came out with 3 new tires and one old tire. I will never bring my business here again, the management did not even have the courtesy to call me back. We always buy from Ourisman but trust me we will never return . I want to add this was my experience with service, when I initially came in I wanted to buy a jeep from them for my wife, and was told by a Sales Rep ( African american female) that my car was savaged and I should trade it in for negative 27,000 equality . HAHA! Thank god for a nice education that I knew I was being played for. . SO IF YOU LEARNED ANYTHING FROM MY REVIEW, LEARN THAT YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

The salesman Samer Burjas greeted me as a walked into the showroom. After communicating with him my wants vs needs he used those in consideration for helping me find the vehicle that best suited me. Samer was well informed of the inventory and confident as he explained the vehicle options allowing me to test drive and thoroughly inspect the vehicles that were presented. He was very patient and committed to fulfilling my goal without any pressure as to getting me into a vehicle that was solely a benefit to me being the customer. I was very impressed with the overall staff at Ourisman and even had the pleasure to have the GM Bernard Parker I believe is his name visit Samer and I to introduce himself and validate what Samer was already doing.
