I did not feel that all the performed service was needed While the customer experience was good, i felt the services performed were bot fully needed. I asked to do the 40K miles checkup for my Grand Cherokee While the customer experience was good, i felt the services performed were bot fully needed. I asked to do the 40K miles checkup for my Grand Cherokee 2015 and the total cost was about 1200$. Now when i checked the guidelines of this service, it was mentioned that fluid levels of axles and gear are to be inspected nonetheless they were all refilled and i wonder if that was necessary in a car that had 39400 miles on it. I was not fully explained the process. I'd appreciate a follow-up call with a better explanation of what happened and the exact parts replaced as it was not clear on the invoice. Regards, Raad More
