Darrell was outstandi Your collision department was exceptional except for the fact that they did not fix my wheel which was damaged in the accident. Darrell was outstanding in keeping me informed, but the company you use to repair wheels was not. My only other issue is the inside door handle is not working properly and I am trying to get back to DC to have it fixed. I was also under the impression that a complete detail was included in the service which I found out upon delivery that it was not and I was very disappointed. More

Low pressure event I was expecting my car buying experience to be pressure-filled and full of smoke and mirrors. That was not the case. Samer (our salesman) was very str I was expecting my car buying experience to be pressure-filled and full of smoke and mirrors. That was not the case. Samer (our salesman) was very straightforward and honest with me. He did not try to oversell me on features or things I didn't want. He helped me to find the car I wanted and then got me a very fair price. Before I left the lot, he took a lot of time to educate me on all the major features of the car. Even after the sale, he has contacted me a couple of times to ensure that everything is going well and to see if I have any questions about the car. He is a nice guy and was a pleasure to work with (I never thought I would say that about a car buying experience). If your looking to buy a car, go see Samer. More
Repeat Customer-2nd New Car Purchase in 3 Years My salesman was great. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure working with Tony King. My only issue, the reason for fo My salesman was great. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure working with Tony King. My only issue, the reason for four stars instead of five, is how the dealership advertises it's new car prices. Internet advertising is deliberately disguising that the price shown (in red) is not the real price unless you qualify for all the rebates. I understand that this is a very common practice used to get customers into one dealership over another. However, this is CLEARLY bait and switch plain and simple. I found the car I wanted on the internet and it showed a price of roughly $42,488. So, I went in to Ourisman pre-programed that $42,488 was my starting point for negotiation, or worst case scenario, this would be my sale price. So, I start the negotiation process expecting to see the listed sale price of $42,488 and the salesman says good news, I was able to get $2200 off the price, so your new price is $44,500 (approx.) I'm like "WHAT?!?!" To me this was horrible news and immediately created an adversarial relationship between me and the dealership. To me, they went up on the price not down. The salesman and the general manager did a good and polite job of explaining that the price advertised on the internet included ALL, EVERY SINGLE rebate being offered on that vehicle. NO ONE is going to qualify for all of those rebates. I didn't qualify for ANY of them. It worked out ok in the end, but I was literally at the dealership for almost six hours trying to get to an acceptable price, and I never did get it down to the price advertised on the internet. It was so extremely stressful, that I became ill and had to go to the emergency room a couple of days later. This would not have happened if the internet wasn't advertising a clearly false price. Sure, there is small print, just like the fast talking guy on car commercials, but the bottom line is ALL dealerships need to discontinue this false advertising practice. It sets up an adversarial relationship right from the minute the customer walks in the door. How can this be good? The manufacturer also contributes to this problem by posting similar wording/prices on their websites. This puts very unrealistic expectations into customers minds, and when they arrive and are told something DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT, literally thousands of dollars difference, its extremely upsetting. I should not have to spend 5+ hours just trying to get the price down to what I thought it was already at when I walked into the door. I learned ALOT from this experience, so my new car buying skills will definitely have to be stepped up for my next purchase. Bottom line, I intend for this to be a positive review of Ourisman and they will continue to get my business in the future, but I felt it was necessary to call out the deceiving practices used by ALL new car dealerships. Ourisman is forced to put these "bogus" prices up on the website to lure customers to their dealership instead of another one down the road, but it shouldn't have to be this way. Manufactures/Dealerships need to come up with a much better way to attract customers and discontinue the bait and switch online pricing, like SUPERIOR service in the service department, etc. If you treat the customers the way they expect to be treated, you are not just selling them one new car, one time. You are selling a relationship that has the potential to continue on for years/generations to come, and you have a regular customer who comes there for vehicle service. The price isn't what gets me to go to a certain dealership. The driving force for me is most importantly the dealership has to have the model/trim I'm looking for, and second is its location relative to where I live. I would have gone to Ourisman to purchase this Jeep even if they had listed the sticker price on the website of $48,165. At least then when I walked in, $48,165 would be my starting point for anticipated negotiations, not over $6000 less. That's a very big number to try to overcome when I had my mind set that the price was $42k. More
