Geico handled my claim and provided me with a loaner, check-in went smoothly and quickly. The repairs were completed on time and the car was available for pick-up late in the afternoon on the day provided with the estimate. The quality of the work to repair the damage, upon visual inspection, shown as excellent and what is to be expected from an accomplished body shop. Having been delivered for repair on a rainy day, my car was clean and shiny inside and out when I picked it up. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. More

Gave an honest review of the experience and received this from the salesman this morning because he didn’t receive all 10s: Good morning Question for you after I explained about my Survey! So you failed me after all what I have done and fought for! I mean if you are not completely Satisfied , we can return the Car back! I was explaining it before you drove off the lot, that it has to be all 10’s! . I also sent you the $50 gift card, I am wondering why I do have to pay now from my check for a bad Survey! How bad can it get??? This dealership is terrible. First off, everyone in the buying process lied to me. And then to make it better, everyone in the service department li This dealership is terrible. First off, everyone in the buying process lied to me. And then to make it better, everyone in the service department lies to me as well. There is no way anyone should ever do business with Ourisman! Take yesterday's service. I dropped the car off around 6 PM the night before. I stood next to the car -- no other customers in the service department, just staff -- for 4 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Nobody there gave a xxxx about me. The service writers' area was a mess. In fact, there were chicken bones on the floor from someone's lunch. How gross! Half the stuff I requested was done. They did a state safety inspection and couldn't even bother completely removing the glue from the last one. Every organization rots from the head down. Ourisman is no different! More

The deal was straight to the point. We did not go back and forth like other dealerships do. The paperwork process in Finance department was also fast! Ariana was cordial and helpful. I contacted Ariana about my seatbelt and she had service department contact me. Tim wasted little time with ordering a new part and said I could stop by anytime for him to replace the part. Wow! Great service in every department! Thanks! More
