I've taken it to a mom and pop services center i trust and they found nothing wrong my vehicle. They also charged the full price for Virginia state inspections ($16), which they're legally allowed to do, but it's just cheap and greasy since almost everybody does it for free. Which by the way they said it would be free before the bill came. If you get any pricing from these people, make sure you get it in writing. More
