Worst experience ever at a dealership I came to this dealership because of a vehicle they had advertised at a great price, a vehicle i spent almost two weeks doing solid research on. 1) I I came to this dealership because of a vehicle they had advertised at a great price, a vehicle i spent almost two weeks doing solid research on. 1) I called prior to showing up and scheduled a specific time, When i arrived (at the time agreed upon) the salesperson i was told to ask for had Left for the evening. 2) The salesman which ended up dealing with me was a new salesman fresh out of training but was very informative and respectful. He showed genuine interest in what i wanted. 3) when i got to financing the finance person explained to me my options and pretty much could only offer me what was presented to him. 4) upon review of the contract i realized that i was being charged almost $1700 more than what was advertised. The sales manager that they sent back to me to explain why this was so, was every bit of insulting, rude, threatening and a liar. He tried to convince me that factory installed options on the vehicle were installed by him once the vehicle got to their lot and that’s why they were charging me more (even though the vehicle was advertised as is). We then pulled up the ad so that he could show me where it said that the package I was purchasing rated an additional charge. It wasn’t written anywhere, and actually showed the contrary. Then he said that the only way they would remove the $1700 was if he removed the features “He” installed so I told him to remove them (nothing was removed because that’s how the vehicle came from the factory) I explained to him that anything included under the VIN# was to stay on because that’s how it was advertised. 4) Three hours later when we finally agreed on an affordable price and contract it was time for me to get the keys and the young salesman took us to the gas station to fill the vehicle up but then the battery died soon as he turned the vehicle off, obviously the vehicle had a bad battery. I ended up having to leave the vehicle overnight for servicing (Day 1). 5) The salesman said he would have it taken care of and give me a call the next day. I received the call the next day at noon and when I arrived and was handed the keys, I was given a broken key that was missing parts, so I asked to have a complete key that could actually be attached to a key chain, only to deal with a smart xxx comment (“He didn’t even want to pay for anything last night now he wants a new key!”) at this point all I wanted was a proper key for the vehicle and to get away from that dealership as fast as possible. The young salesman was the only person apologetic about the abhorrent service I received even though I definitely expressed my aversion of said service. He later called to follow up at which point I let him know about the stains and food I discovered in the vehicle later that day. I explained to him that because of the experience I had at the dealership that I would just pay out of pocket to have the vehicle properly detailed by an outside service. I hope that this was just a bad night for them and not how they generally do business. More

Worst than ever So after posting a review on google, they asked me to contact General Manager Andy. I get a hold on him and then he explains nothing to his employees So after posting a review on google, they asked me to contact General Manager Andy. He chose the car model year and color himself and at the end, I got to know he's not switching but trading the car of his choice for me with 6k more on it.
