My appointment was at 7 am and I did not leave until 4:30. It took all day for them to change my battery and repair the converter for voltage 1 & 2. Then about 12:15 I receive an email stating I needed to approve repairs when I told them twice at this point that I was inside the waiting room. The list of needed repairs was BS and outrageously expensive. I know I needed brakes and rotors for the front tires I had already stated that when I made the appointment. Both brake lights were not out only 1 and I replaced that for $6 not the suggested $80. I just bought 4 new tires in March so me needing 2 new back tires is a complete lie, I have 2WD so my front tires are the ones to go bad first. I need a new front driver side tire but that was never suggested! I replaced my wiper blades in the spring with Rainx blades so a needed replacement was also a lie. To have me waiting that long and then try to scam me is ridiculous, unprofessional and alarming More

Every time I’ve had to go to this dealership it has been worse than the time before; after five times leaving my vehicle all day/overnight the swat bar is still not fixed. On or about October 29, 2021, I experienced BAD service with Ourisman Jeep's service department. Because I did not received the USUAL text for my customer review, I posted a Google Review. On the post, Ourisman replied that Chris Morrison would contact me. Instead I got a text from Mike Kentes, I explained my situation and he offered me a free FULL CAR DETAIL the next time I came in for service. He even sent me the screenshot of him placing it in the system. I assumed that the offering was because of what I experienced. About an hour later, he messaged me and asked that I take the post down. When I explained my reluctancy, he then went on to say "what would be the incentive for" him doing this. AS A CUSTOMER, The incentive would be to KEEP A REPEATED SALES AND SERVICE CUSTOMER coming back; to keep me happy; to provides some comfort in the dysfunction I last experienced. I purchased my first car from here in 2002, my second in 2018 and my third in 2020. All here at this location. I referred my brother here who purchased and uses service in 2018 as well. Needless to say, I came in today 12-8-2021, to get regular service and my car detailed and my service provider was told by MIKE that he is no longer interested in offering me this service because the google post has been up toooo long. WOW !!!! I drive 30 minutes to from Maryland, with an expectation and this is what Ourisman did to me. YET ANOTHER BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND THIS TIME FROM A MANAGER. I have ALLLLL of the screenshots of the initial conversation with Mike. I posted on Twitter and Facebook today about this. Also on my other Google account, Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and now I am here because it’s AWFUL for a Manager To Behave this way. More
I been their customer since 2014 and the service department is horrible the people at the desk they are nice but the repaire people don't know anything they damage my car several times and charging department is horrible the people at the desk they are nice but the repaire people don't know anything they damage my car several times and charging me twice of the market price for parts and labor , I have a warranty service what ever they can get from warranty they will and the difference for the same thing that warrantry covers they charge me of the invoice , I was their last week i drove my car less than 5 miles since last weel monday and today less than a week my car start smoking when ii took the car to the dealer again they list 2300 on the bill it was less than a week that the car was there and once in the sudden less than a week the hoses get bad the coolant cab gets bad the water pump get bad the belt gets bad and i have to pay 2 deductible because the service guys didn't notice the issues from the begining they are not professional for repair for oil change or small services is ok after chargining you crazy even they dont bother to car wash your car either not inside or out side ,this is the last time i'm going there the manager even dosen't know anything and they are not there most of the times LAST TIME NEVER GO BACK. More
Have been going to this Jeep dealer for sales, service and their body shop and will go out of my way to recommend them. They have my business for sure and more than happy to put my name on them when refe and their body shop and will go out of my way to recommend them. BEWARE BEWARE-2018 Jeep failed inspection!!!I recently BEWARE BEWARE- 2018 Jeep failed inspection!!! I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. This is the BEWARE BEWARE- 2018 Jeep failed inspection!!! I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I live in Maryland so I had to take the car to get inspected in Maryland. The Jeep failed inspection because 3 of the 4 tires were worn to the tread line, dry rotted and had tears in the tires up to a few inches long. This dealership passed the Jeep for inspection at their shop, concerning!!! Jason(manager) stated they inspected the Jeep and “nothing” was wrong with the Jeep when it was inspected. It was clear to me after getting the Jeep inspected in Maryland from an unbiased shop that this dealership just stuck an inspection sticker on the Jeep window without ever inspecting the Jeep. The Jeep was clearly unsafe and shouldn’t have passed inspection at any reliable, competent shop. The oil life also should 100% life however it was very dirty and was the engine filter. Both needed to be addressed. It was evident that a VA inspection sticker was just slapped on the windshield and no issues were addressed with the Jeep. I highly recommend any vehicle that is purchased from this dealership get inspected by an independent shop, I learned the hard way by trusting a dealership who I thought was credible, well they aren’t. You have been warned. Jason the manager at the dealership stated who was the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with in a managerial position stated “we don’t guarantee that the vehicle will pass inspection outside the state of Virginia”. Why is this? Because you don’t really inspect your cars? The question is now… how did it pass VA inspection with 3 tires that didn’t have any tread on them and were dry rotted? He said the tires were fine when the Jeep left the dealership, so in one week from purchase the tires miraculous deteriorated once it left the dealership. Jason could care less. He is the stereotypical car salesman, a lying fool. He made excuse after excuse which was lie after lie. This man lacks integrity. Jason then lastly stated if I wanted new tires then I shouldn’t “have been cheap by buying a used car”!! A 60k used car is cheap according to him. All he did was lash insults instead of addressing the issues with the Jeep. So unprofessional and just plain ignorance. Just know Jason apparently thinks anyone who buys used cars is cheap. Go somewhere else where management doesn’t insult customers for buying used cars or wanting to buy a car that is safe!!! Don’t fall for anymore Lies they may say in response to this. I have pictures and a failed inspection sheet to prove the facts I write about. Where is their evidence, don’t listen to the BS fluff they spew out to save face. I can support my claims, can they? I was charged 200 for a Diagnostic and they could not tell me what was nor is the problem fixed but I still was charged 200 and still have the same problem. So what did they do besides take 200 and disrespect me in front of the whole shop I’m front of customers and all!! I have purchased three brand new mopars but after this experience i considering an new make. I will never ever do any kind of business there again More
