Very little attention to detail at Ourisman This is not my first visit to Ourisman, but sadly, the majority of my visits have been subpar. On the plus side, Josue (customer service advisor) is ALWAYS friendly and nice to work with, as was the guy who drove the shuttle on this past visit - kudos to both! On the flip side, the general atmosphere at Ourisman is one of disorganization. Things tend to fall through the cracks, and not every service requested is completed. For example, my car was in just over a week ago (1/10/19) for a check engine light and recall item. The recall part was ordered, and supposed to be taken care of on this, most recent (1/21/19) visit. Unfortunately, the service team missed this and it wasn't taken care of. Josue had left for the day, so I let the cashier know and also sent a text to the dealership today. I haven't heard back. This disorganization is typical of what I'd experienced during prior visits in 2018. Pricing is also ridiculously high for any repair work done at this dealership. There are enormous markups made on parts. One suggestion would be for management and employees at Ourisman Dodge of Alexandria dealership to learn from a top-notch dealership such as Arrigo Dodge down in West Palm Beach, FL. I was a customer of theirs for over 10 years when I lived in that area, and their service department does things right. I can see why Arrigo gets such high marks in customer satisfaction while Ourisman does not. More

Good Work Bad Timing The work completed was satisfactory. However, the communication was terrible. It took two weeks to repair my scratched bumper. I was first told that the technician who was working on my car quit, then I was told he was fired. Then I was told my car sat idle for 5 days and no one had been working on it. If I knew there was a delay I would have come picked it up instead of riding around in a rental car through the snowstorm. I will never in a thousand years bring my car back to Ourisman to be serviced, nor would I ever refer anyone to Ourisman, nor will I ever buy a car from Ourisman because of this terrible experience. Excuses ranged from bad parts to missing/overloaded shop crew to flaws in paint. Each time they revised their delivery date by a few days or a week they would proceed to miss the delivery date again. Finally got the truck and now Enterprise wants to charge me for some parking lot rash they found on the rental truck I drove for two months. I'm so disgusted with Ourisman, GEICO and Enterprise that I'll never do business with any of them again unless I'm forced to. More
