Customer Service and Car Status Good Evening, I have experience not so good of service from Ourisman Jeep Dealership. I dropped my car off Dec 13, 2018 and did not get my car back Good Evening, I have experience not so good of service from Ourisman Jeep Dealership. I dropped my car off Dec 13, 2018 and did not get my car back until Jan. 18 2019. You got it, it was that long! My car was involved in hit and run, damage to the rear passenger panel. I did not received update status from Mike/Ourisman rep during the entire time my car was in repair. During the 3rd week after reporting to my insurance agent that I had not received my car yet. The agent was shock and reported that she received confirmation that my car was painted on Jan 11. and should be returned. I had to continue to call Mike for update and most of the time was place on hold and waiting for a return call. Which never happen or Mike would reply that he forgot. I even spoke with a manager once to report my issues of service which went on un-resolve. I am displease with the service I received from this dealership. Once I finally receive my vehicle I learn that they didn't clean the inside as it was filled with dust and panel parts from car incident. I only took my car to the Ourisman dealership to get great service and it was a Jeep certified repair shop. I hope that I do not experience this again or have any car incidents. This defiantly was a learning lesson for me. More
