Excessive charges for software update I was billed $150 for a module update for my transmission that left me crippled over the weekend. Now I am subject to dealer prices just to have a module update in the future and pay 150 dollars. Not fair, I want to pick where to get my services done. Spoke with the manager, Tim at the service department who stated he agreed E.F. with my complaint but stated there is nothing he could do about the charge. Referred me to Chrysler customer service instead who referred me back to the dealer to wave the fee... Ridiculous. They also replaced my battery and I have no complaints on this repair.
