However could not give a full 5-star rating because on this and the only other service visit , both intake/customer service techs were "snippy", almost my presence was an irritant or interruption to something more important. Different agents, different days,times which unfortunately comes across as acceptable as the company culture . If not linked by contract for service would probably changed service centers. More

After being told my car would be ready on Saturday, I had to call to find out that wasn't true and w Tim, I am not pleased with your customer service. After being told my car would be ready on Saturday, I had to call to find out that wasn't true and would not be ready until Monday. I asked that you call me, being the manager and never received a call from you. Instead, my advisor called to let me know he was not working on Saturday but the part to my car wasn't in anyway and the car would be ready Monday. If I had known that when he called me Friday to let me know what repairs my car needed, I would've just brought my car back on Monday instead of being left without a car the entire weekend. Plus, I never got your call to address my issue. More
